Purchasing the car went great but both times I've had it
Purchasing the car went great but both times I've had it services were horrible. They don't answer the phone, they have very long waits to see your car even if it's not running and I've even had them hang up on me after I waited over 30min on hold to talk to a service advisor. Feel free to purchase there but avoid their service department. I'm going to another dealership to have mine serviced from now on.

From start to finish everything was great!
From start to finish everything was great! Ease of process, little to no pressure, Alex is who you want to go see. We live an hour plus away and he delivered on a Friday night. This is the 4th Leith experience and all have been great, but Alex stands out. We will be back for the next car purchase.

Although we didn’t end up purchasing from Leith Audi, I had to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service we received from Prince Majesty. From the beginning, Prince was exceptional—he truly took the time to understand what my family needed in a vehicle, without being pushy or applying any pressure. What really stood out was his follow-up. Even after learning we purchased elsewhere due to budget limitations, Prince still took the time to call and check in on my family. That level of care and professionalism is rare and deeply appreciated. Leith Audi is a top-tier dealership, and when the time comes for us to upgrade, we’ll definitely be going back to see Prince. Dealership was great to work with low pressure sales process. Great cars to select from. Alex was great to work with! He even delivered the vehicle to my house an hour away.

Wow where do I start.
Wow where do I start. I'd give negative stars if that was possible. Unbelievably bad experience. I asked about a car on a Saturday. I made a very clear offer via text and the salesman Evan Hagedorn says sure we can make that happen. He sends me the paperwork and it's for $2K more than the offer he agreed to. I asked why, he said, oh I misread the message, we can't go any lower yada yada. He says think about it over the weekend and let me know something Monday. At 7:03 AM Monday I send a text saying I'll take the car, but wanted them to check a few common issues known on the car. Sure enough, it had a common interior issue. I asked if anything could be done to help with the cost of repairs. He says sure, we'll give you $750 allowance and oh by the way, I miscalculated the tax so here's the new price, which was another $2K higher than the already $2K higher price. I said Ok, I'll take it. He said OK great, but I think there's already a deal being made on the car. I immediately called and talked to his manger Matt Leach. I said Matt this is really not a good business move. He said, well you made us a counter offer so the deal was off. For asking to freaking fix an issue, and he says that's a counter offer that killed the deal, and they sell it in to someone else in the middle of me just asking for clarification and questions. I'm sure they don't care, but just had to get this out there because this is the worst customer treatment I've seen in a while. I guess they made a few more $ than they were going to on me so they made up a reason.
