Due to some unique circumstances, I worked with Justin on purchasing a new car for over a year. During this time he was always quick to respond and easy to deal with. He never treated me like someone who was wasting him time even though it was very possible. Once I went to the dealership to look at a car we were discussing, it was just a great experience. Justin spent a lot of time with me and helped me make a big decision in a very comfortable way. I bought a Aston Martin that day. I had visited an enormous number of dealer web sites in searching for a used boxster that met my criteria. After narrowing the choices down to the car I purchased, I visited the lot after hours on a Sunday to look it over to determine that the on line description was accurate. It was! On my first opportunity a few days later I visited the dealership and purchased the car. My wife and I were both treated very well by Charles, Colin, and Chad. Words can not describe how wonderful Hank Carpenter's customer service and commitment of being one 100% on your side as the customer. I can write this from a sales perspective as I was a pre-sales system engineer for Cisco System and supported the sales team. I was in the market for a 911 Turbo. One call from Hank and he said I can do better!! Within 2 hours he called me back and put me in a 2015 911 Turbo S ! No negotiations just a flair price upfront. I ditched my existence dealer and about 20 others I had communicated with over the Internet. Hank was the only one who called me and in 3 hours I was on my way to turn in my leased 911 C4S and drove away in a brand new 911 Turbo S

I have worked with Hank for several years in a variety of car clubs, primarily with the local Ferrari club. Although I really wasn't in the market for a new car, I saw a stunning Range Rover pop onto the FCI website. I gave Hank a call, and it was as easy as pie: "Here's the price we've got in the car; we'd like to get $x. Come on over and take a look" Zero pressure and absolutely none of the 'dealer stuff' that usually accompanies a car purchase. The purchase was as smooth as silk. Wrote a check. Bought the car.
