Zach helped me set up an appointment as he wasn’t going

Zach helped me set up an appointment as he wasn’t going to be in however he was great talking with and getting what I wanted out and noted. Victoria was my person and she was amazing as well. She is a people person for sure. She guided me through the entire process and treated me like a good friend. Pablo did his thing and made the signing and getting a cheaper interest rate possible. He’s AMAZING to work with and a great sense of humor. Overall everyone Zach, Victoria and Pablo were great.

Purchased a truck here at the end of January.

Purchased a truck here at the end of January. I live out of state, I’ll start there. Truck had a few minor issues when purchased and they took care of that, awesome cool it’s kind of expected when you’re spending that kind of money. The issues have been once I traveled back home and the issues aren’t with the truck, it’s with the people who work here. I have called numerous times trying to speak to somebody about getting info from the “paperwork” we signed when making the purchase, they don’t give physical copies just a usb drive and I have no way of actually reading what I signed as I don’t own a computer. I wanted physical copies sent to me via USPS just so I have the info I need. I don’t know who my warranty is through and need to know this info. I asked for the LoJack info for my vehicle to be sent as a document for my insurance company as well. Every call gets answered by a receptionist who says “give me your number I’ll have them call you”. When in fact they never call you, it’s been almost 60 days since I made my purchase, once they get your money all bets are off. They will not call you back, looks like my next vacation I’ll have to stop IN PERSON and be inconvenienced because they can’t simply answer a phone call or call me back. Really starting to regret doing business with a company who obviously doesn’t value my business or time. Also to note, they just sent me paperwork in the mail asking for a signature because they messed up my trade paperwork. Why is it that when they have an issue they can request stuff from me but when I need answers nobody is available?

Sales manager Chris was not truthful.

Sales manager Chris was not truthful. Shorted us out of 4k, don't trust a word out of him. Shop anywhere but Hendrick auto group. Called and asked to speak to someone in the executive offices and no response. They don't care about the customer, just their pockets.
