Good experience , professional salesman, good communication. Good web site for inventory. Seamless transaction. That is all I have to saw. Twenty five words is too much.

On the 28th Dec 2024 , I contacted Terry Chevrolet and

On the 28th Dec 2024 , I contacted Terry Chevrolet and spoke to Edwin, who transferred me to CJ, a sales person at the dealership. I spoke to CJ, and we came to an agreement on the price for a 2023 Mercedes-Benz C300 Black . He sent me the paperwork to review the numbers we agreed on. When I told him I was out of State, he spoke to his finance guy Sinisa Brkic and I was told I had to pay an extra $1000 as they had a service that can allow them to bring the paperwork to me out of state for signing, which I accepted. By the 3rd of January, I have paid $5000 deposit on the vehicle, the salesperson CJ informed me that the finance guy had sent out the paperwork for me to sign (I thought to myself, I'm sure I paid an extra $1000 for Maverick/notary fee ). Even though i know Notary public does NOT cost close to $1000. CJ now said the paperwork had been sent out, I waited for the paperwork to be delivered, but no paperwork arrived. On the 8th of January, I called on several occasions and finally spoke to EDWIN. He said he would look into it. I also emailed Sinisa whose details i got from my sales person, CJ. The email was sent on the 9th of January. After about a week had passed and I didn't hear anything back, I called again, and I spoke to LISA. At this point, my salesperson couldn't help me anymore. Maybe they didn't listen to him. I don't know. Sinisa did not even bother to reply to my email to my surprise. I couldn't imagine a finance manager ignoring a customers email who is giving you money. (This is an absolute disaster). I later got the documents, spoke to Sinisa about corrections to be made on the paperwork, he said he was going to resend it, and to my surprise he never DID send any documents even after we both spoke man to man. I believe he lied about sending it, till today i never received any documents. I asked for tracking , and it was not provided. I later had to call again ,only for Sinisa to tell me he will scan the docs to me to sign , I asked if he can please remove the extra $1000 charge for Maverick which was a service i had initially paid for but WAS NOT RENDERED. How can you charge me for a service that was NOT rendered. If i am being honest, I feel robbed. He said the GM or Management had said there was no way around it, and for us to move forward, i will have to pay for it. (That's a big shame to the dealership if the GM actually said that) I didn't say much because the process had taken too long, and i had travel plans i had pushed back because of this purchase. I gave him the $1000( again for service that was not rendered). I have proof of this. I finally signed the paperwork, scanned it back to him, and sent the balance payment for the 23 Mercedes-Benz c300. This entire process was an absolute nightmare, and honestly, the finance manager Sinisa lacked empathy, and his service was the worst I have ever come across since I've been buying cars. I think your staff and the managers all need excessive training in customer service. Finally, i received my car on Feb 5th, 2025, a CASH DEAL process I started on Dec 28th, 2025. I would also like to demand my $1000 refund for a Maverick service that was not rendered. I feel like I was taken advantage of due to the fact that I was out of state. I even spoke to Jay, one of the managers, explained my situation and he said he would call me back after talking to GM and NEVER cared to call me back with a resolution to this. I hope the GM and the entire management can see this to redeem their image by refunding my $1000 Maverick service that was not rendered and also make a customer happy again. Thank you.

A little disappointed with the misleading internet sales

A little disappointed with the misleading internet sales price. They appear to add $5k-7K to the advertised sale price. Dealer add on's. Can't seem to buy one without the pricey add on's I don"t want.
