I had a great experience leasing my 2026 Honda CRV with Don Pennetta. He was outgoing, knowledgeable, and very efficient with completing the leasing process. I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted almost two months before my lease ended. I highly recommend him as a sales person of the year as well as the Vann York Honda dealership. Many of their team have been with the dealership for over 20 years. They are experienced and demonstrate integrity in their business practices.

I recommend reviewing your paperwork very carefully before signing. I purchased a demo vehicle here and expected a corresponding discount. Instead, after reviewing my paperwork at home, I discovered over $6,000 in add-on products and fees that I did not knowingly authorize. What I believed would be a fair deal on a demo turned into the opposite. If you shop here, be sure to review every add-on line on the buyer’s order before signing. Do not rely on verbal assurances — verify every dollar on the printed contract. Don't settle for them offering to send you PDF's via email.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Brought our car in for a recall (car drove fine and no check engine light was on) they fixed the parts that were recalled and as soon as we left with it the check engine light came on. Called them and they told us to bring it back that same day. Once we get back to the dealership they tell us to bring it back the next day. Brought it back the following day and they said it was an exhaust leak. They patched up the exhaust. Keep in mind the exhaust wasn’t causing problems until they took it off to get to the parts they were fixing for the recall. Car sounded better and the check engine light was off when we picked it back up, drove off and the check engine light came on again. Brought the car back again and Now they are trying to say it’s the converter. None of the problems existed until they replaced the recall parts. Once they touched the car there has been nothing but problems and they won’t do anything about it. One of the times we called while the car was here the lady that answered was rude and hung up on us. David the manager over the service center said he went out of his way to patch up the exhaust. It shouldn’t be going out of your way to make sure the car leaves in the same condition as it was when we brought it in the first day. There is absolutely no reason for someone to take a car for the recall parts to be replaced and then leave with nothing but issues. We have missed hours of work dealing with this the past few days and wasted a lot of gas going back and forth. Since it came in for a recall and they don’t make money off of that they are doing everything they can to try to get us to have to pay for something. At this point we would have been better off not even taking it to have the recalled parts replaced. If you have a recall or need service done do not go here. The GM Chris Thompson was absolutely no help either.

These guys screwed me on my deal. They are now holding my $4901 refund for ceramic coating and cancellation of warranty. Over 3 months and no refund. I’d shop somewhere else if I were you. I do like my Honda

I recently purchased my third Honda from Vann York Honda
I recently purchased my third Honda from Vann York Honda in High Point. The dealership has always treated me fairly and did in late November 2024. Our Salesperson, Bobby Clark, was really excellent! Bobby knows the Honda vehicles perfectly and went out of his way to be sure he answered every question clearly and thoroughly! I hope to work with Bobby in the future. The General Manager, Chris Thompson, was excellent as always. The people at Vann York Honda are an outstanding team!
