Our experience was the best at Sandy Sansing, our salesman Jason Lohmiller was there from start to finish, talked to us about everything. After everything was finalized he went over everything with us, any questions we had, he even programed our car for us. He didn't leave anything out. If you need a used or new car you need to go by Sandy Sansing & see Jason Lohmiller. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Customers for life.

Great people!

My Sentra lease was over, and it was time to either buy it or turn it in. Josh Thomson was the salesman who worked with me. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in helping me sort through my options and come to a decision that best fit my situation. Alberto Garza in the finance department was excellent. I was having an issue with NMAC that Nissan customer service was not helpful with. Alberto went out of his way to get to the bottom of it for me. He also got me a good rate and set me up with a good warranty on my lease buyout. Josh and Alberto both went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. They are good people as well as professionals. Honorable mention to Dominic as well. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. :)

Great experience!

Just wanna say thanks to Sandy Sansing Nissan. And a special thanks to Jason, Jared and Casey. You guys have gone back and fourth with me to get me where I wanted to be. The knowledge you all possess in your products is outstanding, and the customer service? Outstanding to say the least. These guys really helped me through the biggest commitment I’ve ever made. They make you feel like family. They don’t come at ya with a lot of pressure either, and when you ask questions(I had a lot) they don’t get annoyed, or frustrated, or act like you’re wasting their time. They understand you’re spending a lot of money there. And they want you to be as happy as possible and feel comfortable with the results. If they had a ten star rating I would have given it because five just doesn’t do the justice. Go see them, have them help ya out. They’ll take care of you like your family.

A gigantic disappointment.

I responded to an email sent by Sandy Sansing Nissan letting them know I would be paying off my current vehicle in the next six months and will be looking for another vehicle. They called me or texted no less than 5 times a day for a week which is fine. I stopped in on 2/7 to say hi and look around and was told to come back the next day. I returned on 2/8 and looked at several vehicles and the salesperson made several attempts at a deal but we could not agree on down payments. So I thanked him and went home. Around 7pm that night I received a call from this salesperson offering me the car I wanted, at the down payment I wanted, and at the monthly noted I wanted. I AGREED TO THIS DEAL on the phone. I was told he would prepare all paperwork and I was to return the next day and get my car. Got to the dealership on 2/9 at the appointed time and everyone was all smiles. I was paraded around and introduced to the the service and parts managers. Then we set down and I signed around 15-20 papers plus had the insurance changed from my current car to the new one....the salesman did that with me on the phone. Then the salesman returned saying he needed to switch the car to a less expensive one without light on the running boards....fine.....then he returned saying they would need $1500 more for the down payment. I still believe they should be required to sell me that car for the agreed to price. What ever happened to keeping your word? What ever happened to being honest? These people certainly ARE NOT. Will I buy a car here? NO, Will I recommend this dishonest dealership? xxxx no.

Here is an update to the ridiculousness of this dealership....after all I have been through listed above...I continue to receive emails CONGRATULATING me on my brand new Nissan Versa!!!!! Honestly, how ridiculous can this get? NOT ONE MEMBER OF THIS SALES TEAM OR MANAGEMENT has reached out to me or apologized.

Best car buying experience ever!

Darry and I are thrilled with our new 2018 Rogue SL Platinum. Shane Miller made sure our buying experience was pleasant and pressure free. Shane went over all of the awesome features and made sure all questions were answered before we left the dealership. Bobby Wright, Finance, was very helpful explains all of the different packages. We will be coming back to Sandy Sansing Nissan for future purchases and will recommend all of our friends and family to also shop SSN. Thank you all.

Top notch

We started shopping in December with Shane Miller being our sales person. Shane was very patient with us while we looked through many vehicles to decide exactly what we wanted. Fantastic service

Such a great place to buy a new car or have service made on an older one. Clean store, friendly atmosphere. Received fantastic service from Cindy and Steve when choosing the right car and place deal. Smooth transition from trade in to financial application.
