I've read the mixed reviews listed here and felt an incredible need to let everyone know that Larson Audi/Porsche is an incredible place. My experience was with CindyLu - she had great reviews with Larson VW and is now at the Porsche store. Incredible lady - best buying experience I've ever had. Every bit of the dealing was done with her online before I ever got to the dealership. Not one single number changed once I arrived, and until I went into the finance office - I never had to interact with anyone but her. Highly recommend you deal with her

My overall purchasing experience at Larson Audi was positive and I would recommend this dealership. The sales personnel were courteous and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me during the purchase of my vehicle. I was probably in and out of the dealership 10 times before finalizing the sale. Shawn worked with me as I decided on different options and how option changes affected total price and my budget. I was provided a loaner vehicle which was delivered to my location after I sold my car and was waiting for my new Q5 to arrive. Both sales people kept me up to date on timelines and status changes during the period I was waiting for delivery. My new Q5 was in immaculate shape when I picked it up and Josh answered all my questions regarding operation of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot.

Tried University Audi and was pissed at the attitude and arrogance. Decided to go to Larson even although it is miles out of the way. Shawn, provided great service and followed through on all my requests including special orders. He even walked me over to the Benz dealership so I could make an honest comparison of the 2 brands. He could have lost the sale to Benz, but as it turned out we think the Audi is a better vehicle. Great no pressure sales and responsive customer service.

The service department here is amazing. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable, so much so I had to leave with a new S4.

I recently bought a used BMW X5 from Larson Audi. My husband and I were originally looking for a wagon but found that we really needed something with more trunk space. We actually went back on 4 separate occasions trying out a used Honda Pilot, a Porsche Cayenne, an Audi Q7 and Q7 and finally settled on the X5. The General Manager Sean Taylor and his staff were very accommodating with making sure that we found the right vehicle for our family. They never got upset or made us feel like we were wasting their time. We are very happy with our purchase and will come back again in the future.

I have been very pleased with the sales staff and especially the General Manager Sean Taylor. They took very good care of me during the purchase of my 2008 Porsche. They made sure that everything was satisfactory to me since it was a pre owned vehicle. They provided the records of the service prior to my purchase and was able to give me a complete vehicle walk through to make sure everything was working properly and was up to my standards. They made the extra effort to have the detail guys use my preferred wax for the pre purchase detail. The GM Sean Taylor was very fair with pricing and did not play any sales games. I did my research and knew what I wanted to pay for the car and got it. I have been back for service as well and they have been excellent! They would wash and vacuum my car and have it looking great after each service. I would not hesitate referring anyone to Larson Porsche/ Audi and I have! My friend also purchased a pre owned Porsche and another friend purchased a new Audi A6. They also have had an excellent experience! Thanks!!!

I have just purchased my first Audi and will never buy a car from any other dealer than Larson Audi. Rich Ewing my my sales rep and Sean Taylor the gm was extremely helpful. The staff made the whole buying experience worth every dime spent. I will recommend this dealership and its professional staff to all of my family and friends. I bought a used car From Larson Audi. It had 105000 miles and it looked perfect, however it was raining hard so I didn't see a lot of little dents on the hood and the roof. When I mentioned it to the sales person (Sean Osborne). He asked the General Manager and said he will do anything to make me happy or if I like, I could back out or pick another car. I really wanted the car since it was a rare find. They had their paint less dent repair spent 3 days on the car and the car came out looking like new. While the car was at the shop Chip (the service advisor) ordered new tires for me and I got new tires that I didn't expect free of charge. It was comforting and soothing to see a dealer selling a used car with 105000 miles, willing to go to that extend to keep the customer happy. (Oh the price of the car was a deal too). I really recommend this Dealership.

Well, I bought another great Audi. I was shopping for my new A7 and thought of going to Barrier Audi in Bellevue. I was very dissatisfied with the approach of the sale staff when they realized I had done my homework, knew prices and wanted a deal. When I went to Larson Audi in Fife I found down to earth sales staff and management that bent over backwards to help the customer and make a deal. I bought my A7 at considerable savings over the competition and the delivery process was smooth and easy. Since I loved the process I ended up buying my 18 year old son his used car from them as well. I recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Even if you are far away it is worth the drive. Ask for the General manager Sean Taylor and service advisor Chip (nice guys).

Robert Larson Audi has a very nice sales building, too bad they filled it with such a unprofessional sales team. I would never recommend them. Audi's are wonderful cars, but they should be more careful to whom they give franchises to. Larson Audi is ruining the Audi owning experience from the beginning for the consumer. It's a great car to drive, but a terrible car to have to buy.
