Superior Customer Service
I have Audi Care and everything was ready upon arrival. Service was fast and staff was friendly and there was no confusion when dropping off the vehicle on my very first visit. I was notified on the progress of my car and when to pick it up. My car was ready far faster than had I took it to a local shop. They even washed it for me at no-charge.

Excellence in Customer Service
Kevin Washington and the entire staff are super accommodating and went way out their way to ensure we received everything we were looking for, and then some. I also very much appreciated that they took the time to take my 14yr old son who is in love with Audi, especially the R8, and take him around and show him a few things he would have not ever seen had it not been for the staff.
