Great experience no high pressure and spent the time

Great experience no high pressure and spent the time listening to my needs. Found 4 different trucks for me to choose from and then gave me a very fair price. From my salesman to the sales manager all were very professional and helpful.

My Service Advisor Kyle Heckathorn was great as usual,

My Service Advisor Kyle Heckathorn was great as usual, quoting estimates and providing updates on when the vehicle was progressing on its repair. The entire Service department is well run with all customer oriented individuals.

Definitely WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

Definitely WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!!!! 3/27 I contacted them about a car. ROB T. my salesman seemed genuine and straight up. We agreed 53,988 for the car and 18,500 for my trade in. I put the application in and got approved, once I got on the phone with the finance manager he told me the price and sent the paperwork which the price was for 55,988 which was higher than our agreement but I let that red flag go because they let me take advantage of 45 days no payment. I was VERY transparent with ROB and letting him know before the deal I was waiting on the title to my trade in to come in the mail which he was ok with. Fast forward a week I told him I was just going to the DMV to get a copy which I did and sent a picture to him so he knows I have it. That was on Monday which I didn't get a call back from him or the internet manager which I spoke to the following day. I followed up to see what's the issue with shipping my car when they charged a 6k "dealer assistance fee" to ship my car and pick up the trade in. I call again to speak with ROB T and was COMPLETELY RUDE and said "we selling the car to somebody else" and hangs the phone up on me. By this time I only had 26 more days before my first payment which is crazy and still NEVER got or even drove the car yet which again Rob told me days after signing the paperwork that Stellantis Financial was going to call me to verify things and for me to tell them " I already have the car in my possession" so the dealer can be paid for then he was gone ship my car. Not sure who's running the place there but I wouldn't recommend them DEFINITELY NOT ROB T. "They have 2 Rob's" it's 4/22 and I still haven't received my car or any information on what's the hold up, not to mention my first payment is due in 2 weeks for a car I never seen let alone drove before. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!
