This is the third vehicle I purchased from KGF BP, in the last year, not counting my brother who also bought a vehicle here. If purchasing three vehicles in this short period of time is not indicative of how superb KGF-BP service is, I’m not would else could be. Specifically, Dylan Jacob, who was the sales representative, was outstanding. He has assisted me in all my purchases—also for very good reason. He is prompt, motivated to find something that works for the customer, focuses his energy on the customer, and is courteous and accommodating. Overall, a great experience!

the buying process was easy enough.
the buying process was easy enough. after purchasing the vehicle, the customer service went out the door. I tried multiple times to get a hold of the finance rep that assisted me and was never able to get a hold of him. finally, a service manager stepped in and helped me resolve the issue ( months later )
