Ford Galpin was nice, all the staff were welcoming and
Ford Galpin was nice, all the staff were welcoming and attentive. Samuel Sanchez helped me; he was very relaxed and did not pressure me at all. He made good points for each car and offered his personal experience. I was never left feeling confused and he did everything he could to help me get the best monthly rate. I was given honest, professional opinions, and never once felt as if I was being upsold. Great dealership and wonderful guy!

Samuel is awesome! No pressure very customer service oriented very efficient. I basically told him when I was looking for and he found it for me in 10 minutes. I was in very impressed! Finance check out was a little bit time-consuming besides that it was a great experience.

I reached out to Adrian regarding a Ford Transit Trail, those vehicles are not very easy to find and Adrian got back to me right away with a quote I could not refuse.
