Had not bought new car in a long time so I was little bit nervous.but with help from a very nice young man name Sherard Buchanan he made my experience a lot less stressful.ILove my new mirage es .my name is Robin I am from South Carolina I would definitely recommend plant Mitsubishi if are ever in need of a car.

I came, I saw and I left disappointed.
I had made a appointment to and test drive a SUV that I was very much interested in. I had made the appointment for 5:15 due to the fact of, I knew that I would be getting off from work at 4:30, I had to allow myself enough time to get there, in which I did with time to spare. After signing in, I had asked the receptionist would it be okay for to go ahead and browse the lot, I just may see something else that I may like. Upon my walking around, I found the car that I was looking at online...And I must say OMG!!!!! Driver side seat was ripped all up and no telling what else was wrong with the SUV I didn't even want too seat down in it!!!!! But here is the kicker, no one to check on me or to ask me if I needed anything. I walked that lot for every bit of 25 to 30 minutes and no still hadn't checked in with me. Finally someone did, and he acted like he could care less about if I was looking to purchase a car...Planet M needs to stay in space, permanently!!

Not if they gave it to me
Very rude emails. Asked by Veronica if I was going to buy a vehicle or not. After being sent several emails in all caps, there is no way I would buy from them. Too many other dealers with nicer people.

Very seldom you find individuals in the car business that actually care about he needs of the customer. That wasn't the case in our visit.

no reply frpm anyone
We bought a used 2011 mazda CX9 almost 5 weeks ago were told we would be sent spare key and tags with in 2 weeks I have checked with DMV tag has been issued for our SUZ but we have not received tag or spare key I have called 4 or more times left voice mails sent emails this is the 4th or 5th are tag run out 3days ago and still no reply from anyone good sales rep work. The staff work very hard to help me get a car which they did mainly Isaiah Abner that works at Planet Mitsubishi Charlotte North Tryon so if you're looking for a car and you feel as if you might have bad credit or whatever the case maybe go check them out and ask for Isaiah these guys can really help you the entire staff was just awesome so go check them out

My New 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport
It is with the greatest honor to write this review. As my family and I entered the dealership, we were greeted by smiling and professional employees. My sales consultant, Mr. Christopher Nicholson shook our hands and escorted us to his desk to discuss the business at hand. He was very upfront with me and assured me that the dealership would provide a solution to my problem, which was my need to leave with a very reliable automobile. Mr. Nicholson and the entire dealership were very friendly, polite and entertaining (great customer service even with my young son). Mr. Nicholson explained everything to me and made sure that I understood each process. I am so excited to say that Mr. Nicholson and the dealership actually solved my problem. I was able to leave with a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport . Great Service
I just would like to say that it was refreshing going to a car dealer that the sales associates were not like SHARKS. This made our purchasing a new car very pleasant. Planet Mitsubishi in Charlotte provide great service, were welcoming and were very attentive. Mike was a our Sales associate and was there to assist myself and husband. We plan to start looking for another car in about 18 months and because of the service provided by your staff we will definitely look to your company for our next purchase. Thank you again.
