Had a recall and dropped my car off for one day .
Had a recall and dropped my car off for one day . Had to schedule it with work and rides. After pick up nothing was done and service department stated they did not do recall. Left 5 messages for GM and service manager , until this day no one has returned my call. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND customer communication. Stay away from this place!! They will waste your valuable time! Joke!!

Hard working people.
Hard working people. Dealer is understaffed. communication can be slow. Had transmission replaced. It was a long process to get everything approved. once it was approved and they had the new transmission they got the job finished quickly.

The financing department was an irritating experience.
The financing department was an irritating experience. They gave me a rate of 5.72 on the deal paperwork. On the contract the rate was in the 7% range which Hani did not inform me of of the change. Also Hanlo was so pushy with the various warranties it was really irritating. The car salesman, Kenny, was good. He was not pushy and let me decide in my own time. I enjoyed my interaction with him. The reason I would not recommend Ford for buying a car was my experience with Hani. I was more than happy with the sales experience.
