Excellent service! My husband and I had never gone through the process of buying a car together and wanted to establish joint credit with each other. Louie made this so easy for us. He actually made what had been a frustrating process at other dealerships and turned it into an enjoyable process. First thing is they were honest. So many other dealerships lied to us about having the vehicle we wanted and telling us were approved just to get us in the door only to let us down when we arrived. They either did not have the car or could not get us approved. Louie was great to work with and kept his word and said he would get the vehicle and sent us pics so we knew it was there. Jeremy in financial was an absolute joy to work with as well. Seems cliche to say but we really felt like we knew them a lot longer than one day. It’s still a business but our new Escape will be transporting our most precious cargo, our baby on the way, our son and my husband. Thanks again to everyone there for being awesome.

I’m a salesman’s worst nightmare. I do all my research prior to visiting a dealer to ensure that I don’t get an unfair price. Most dealers I’ve visited have seemed annoyed with me however I was pleasantly surprised that Louie Morgan was very patient and strait forward with the price of the vehicle and presenting my financing options. I purchased a used Ram 1500 and was extremely happy with the process. My only complaint is that there was a lack of snacks for customers, something that is standard at most dealerships.

I see all these positive reviews and by far this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I was told by Heath all I needed to do was return my other vehicle and not have that loan on my report and the rest was already approved. I did this and have no vehicle now because they did not follow up with the bank even when I double and triple checked that I would be good to go. I have filed a complaint but once again have heard nothing and I am carless and out almost 5000$.

Best place to buy a car in Huntington area! Heath in the internet dept is super knowledgeable and a great salesman. They make things easy and upfront! Nobody came close to their price on the F150! My purchase was easy and stress free.

First they need commended on the remodel they did. Fantastic looking and very clean. This by far has been the best place that I ever shopped at for a vehicle. I definitely give them a 5 star if there was more stars they would get them. Homer in sales was the first person that we started doing business with was so excellent from the start. He was very helpful and professional. He had to end up connecting us with Jeremy the bank rep and he was not going to let us walk out that door without a sale and making sure we satisfied. This dealership is best in town you must go here and shop for your next vehicle. Everyone in this whole place had great customer service and they would all speak to you and ask if you need any help. We recently purchased a 2016 Ford F150 truck from River City Ford and we couldn't have been happier with the process and outcome. We worked with Homer Wilson and Heath Thomas. Homer was product knowledgeable, conscientious and not pushy or overbearing at all. He took his time to find us a vehicle with all of the requirements we were seeking. He was personable, professional and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle. Heath was able to secure financing for us even though it was after 7:00 pm when most banks are closed. Even though the process extended beyond their closing time, no one at River City made us feel like an imposition nor did they try to hurry us out without completing their purchase process correctly. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Homer and we will buy from him and River City again. They have an absolutely outstanding staff on hand and everyone was a pleasure to work with.

I normally don't write reviews but after working with the people at River City Ford I felt compelled to. I dealt with a salesman named Homer. I called in prior to my visit to see if they had the car I wanted with the options I was looking for, he confirmed they did. When I went in there, the car was ready for a test drive, and we began the process quickly. Buying a car should be fun and it was but we all know how long it can take. They worked on getting me the deal I wanted and Jeremy had the paperwork ready in short time. They answered all my questions and had me on my way. I'm definitely going back and plan on telling my family how well my husband and I were treated there.

We were lied to from the beginning by Homer Wilson. I told him what he was doing was wrong. Lying to people was bad business. He told me I didn't pay his bills. I will never shop there ever again. I will not recommend this dealership. In fact, my daughters friend and her husband were going to possibly purchase a vechicle there. When she was told the way we were lied to she refused to go there.
