World of Wheels

Like many people I relay a lot on reviews. Normally I only do reviews when terrible service is involved or great service.. with that said, In early July 2017, husband and I visited World of Wheels regarding a pickup that my husband was interested in. Salesman TOM was very helpful, while we test drove the truck TOM printed out the carfax record for us. TOM did NOT pressure us on purchasing at all. Following day after we decided to purchase the truck we was in and out within a 1/2 an hour. Another Satisfied customer!!

Satisfying experience from beginning to end. My Sales Consultant, Tom Bouma, was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with, before, during and after the sale. I would recommend World of Wheels to anyone in the market for a pre-owned vehicle and suggest they request Tom to guide them through the process.

Working with Scott my sales person and Kenny in the finance department was great! Easily my best car buying experience! I thought the showroom was really cool too! Old gas pumps, neon lights, signs, etc. They had a good choice of nice cars and trucks! Check 'em out!

Overall great experience, and I've purchased from large dealers and small. Some issues after purchase that are being worked out and very friendly. So far, extremely happy.

My 2nd purchase from World of Wheels was as easy as the 1st. Kenny and Jeff were tremendously helpful when the time came that my 1st purchase from here needed to be replaced. All though it wasn't the timing I was hoping for, the team was tremendously helpful in making sure I received the best deal possible and had the most vehicles within my requirements as possible. I will definitely refer others to them and will use their dealership to meet any future vehicle needs.

Stopped in to look at a pickup and ended up buying it. Kenny was straight forward and not pushy. Vehicle was of high quality and ready to go.

Great place to buy a car--staff, in particular Kenny, was very friendly, straight forward, knowledgeable and helpful. I would give them my return business.

Came in found a car with no pressure. Car was clean but cleanup guy came out and offered to wash it before we bought it. No real pressure from salesman and car was under book value.
