Fantastic experience with this dealer! Around Labor Day 2025 I purchased a 1974 VW Westfalia and had it shipped to Northern Kentucky. Buying a car remotely can be stressful but Alan G and team sent me video tours of the vehicle, arranged transport and even fixed a few issues before they’d ship it. I love this vehicle and the attention these guys provided. Thanks agan!

Purchased a car here in July of 2024. Paid in full, still haven't received title 10 months later. Nothing but lies and empty promises since. Obviously have to take legal action. Stay away from this dealership

Zero communication. Maybe they are on vacation but it pretty unprofessional to say the least.

Though Alan is highly competent, at ALL costs avoid doing ANY business with Salesperson Jim. Sadly, we experienced Jim to be: ***FRUSTRATINGLY INATTENTIVE to detail ***HORRIBLE at FOLLOW-THROUGH ***Sorely DEFICIENT regarding ACCURATE, EFFECTIVE, TIMELY, or TRUTHFUL communication. On MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, we were told by Jim “everything is fine”……”everything is handled”….. “All you need to do is come in, sign the docs and pick-up the vehicle” only to be BROADSIDED AFTER-THE-FACT that the situation was indeed NOT fine or NOT handled. The terms initially agreed upon WERE NOT the terms of the final contract signed. What should have been an enjoyable vehicle acquisition, was STRESSFUL, ANGER-INDUCING, and a TOTAL, UNNECESSARY, AND TOXIC INTRUSION on BOTH our vacation departure and peaceful return home!!!!

This dealer advertised a 2013 Jeep as having 29,000 miles on it. I took the time to drive to the dealership. I then learned the vehicle actually had 290,000 miles on it. I will not be buying the Jeep and I do not recommend this dealer.

I recently bought a 2008 Porsche Boxster from this dealership. Alan was very professional and stood by his words all the way! It was a very difficult purchase to begin with because It was a blind purchase and I had to make my purchase based on the impression I received from Alan. When I finally got the delivery of the vehicle in Denver Colorado, I realized that Alan was an honest salesman and he meant every word he said. From the long distance phone deal to remote signing and financing, he was right on time and exactly as he promised. Very good character and a man I will do business with in the future. I found an incredible 2012 Porsche Carrera with only 13,000 miles on it. Randy the GM is great and make things happen so smoothly. He stands behind his sales, and changed a tire a refurbished the wheels.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle from STA, I'm happy to have discovered them. Jonathan took care of me right away, and allowed me to fully test the Cayenne GTS that drew me to the dealer. Things to note - This 3rd party dealer specializes in Porsche sales and repairs, that means they have a great inventory of older to newer Porsche's for sale and a full mechanic shop on site. So why not 5 stars overall? Well, unfortunately the GTS they had wasn't in the best shape and clearly needed some TLC before being shown for sale (car parts in the trunk, battery dead, ash tray stuck open). Now this could have been due to bad timing on my part but still - if you are going to specialize in Porsche sales and charge at the higher end of the cars value then the cars on the lot need to exude the German values the brand is known for. That being said I have my eyes on future offerings from this dealer and hope something wows me into a sale next time.
