Travers has not reimbursed me for my GAP insurance.

Travers has not reimbursed me for my GAP insurance. It's been over a month after I signed the required documents. I have purchased 6 vehicles previously - however, I'll never buy from Travers again.

Chapi provided great service helping me get into a new

Chapi provided great service helping me get into a new vehicle. He changed my perception of dealing with auto dealerships get things in order before I came in, he was direct and honest didnt give me any sales pitch or xx me as a junior exec I appreciated that. He guided and instructed me what I needed to do before I came in and as a result got me in and out in about an hour. I plan on purchasing all my vehicles thru them and will be back for my daughters 16th birthday vehicle.

These People are frauds, the first car I purchased 4

These People are frauds, the first car I purchased 4 years ago had bad breaks, I told them about they ignored it. That car had 3 different hubcaps once I noticed later. The Sales Person then told me to bring that car back and have the scratches removed. Every time I called He wasn't there upon until I called one day and They said He no longer worked there..4 Years later I figured I'm finished paying off that Sanata maybe it's time for me to get a nice truck. My Husband convinced me to go back to GMT! WHY Did I listen. They sold me a LEMON The car was maken sounds I told the Lady (ROBIN) The breaks was throwing out dust, I TOLD THAT LADY! She said she was speaking to The man that pops out ONLY to sign PAPER for BAD DEALS, They Kept my truck for 30 days of the warranty stating that it was at the RANGE ROVER DEALER, because Premier Automotive didn't know what they were doing, so they have to send it to RANGER ROVER. I had to call every other day because ROBIN never called me to update me, SHE IS A LIAR!! THEY ALL ARE, They KEY does NOT go to this truck, ROBIN told me she renewed this battery when we first talked about buying this truck, come to find out they FAILED to tell me that key was NOT THEY RIGHT KEY ( THEY KEY INSIDE THEY FOB IS NOT TO THAT TRUCK) ( Robin said a 2nd key would be with the title when it comes) So when I stated to get locked out, I opened they key fob to use the key to get inside the truck! IT'S NOT THE KEY TO THAT TRUCK) They sold me a LEMON! I have been locked out of a 30k Vehicle 7 times!! I have to renew the battery every 3 days! I am depressed! I told this Lady I wanted a clean sell! This xxxxx smiled and xxxxed me! bad breaks the truck jumps all over the key is over 1,200 to be programmed and they signed me up on 5,000 worth of gap and THEIR Insurance, they didn't tell me the bank was a local bank, as I'm not from Saint Louis so I didn't know. They made up all this paperwork to tie my husband in as a co-signer and my credit score is best at 720-743 They place fraudulent paperwork together to get people in these cars that can't even afford them or the Taxes, I know this because I have several people I've been speaking to and they don't have jobs, still riding around North County with GMT stickers and expired tags from 2017-23 They can't afford to tag it because most of the cars need breaks, and more work done. That dude that hides behind that wall....I'm shocked that he has been sitting there for 30 Years. But GMT IS no good...They go out and get the cars that we love, shine them up and lie to us...They kept my truck because they knew ALL the problems it has and when I went to talk to ROBIN BOSS, the man that hides and ONLY comes out with that fraud paperwork they threatened to call the police like I knew they would. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS PLACE GO OUT OF NORTH COUNTY (BLACK FOLKS) GO SOME WHERE ELSE THEY FxxxxIN US AND HAVING OUR PEOPLE HELP AND LAUGH AT US (ROBIN) PLAYS LIKE SHE'S NICE. BUT THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER TO SELL A CAR. GMT (TRAVELERS) CAN KISS MY A** I WILL NEVER! AND THEY USED THE GAP/ INSURANCE WHILE KEEPING MY IN THAT 30 DAYS! This brown skinned guy named "Rich" was a complete jerk

This brown skinned guy named "Rich" was a complete jerk towards my friend and I don't appreciate how rude and disrespectful he was. I get it everyone has bad days but we didn't make his job harder or even know if that's his REAL name. Not cool to make threats either buddy 👎🏽

Thank you for doing the right thing Brian at GMT

After actually talking to the sales manager at Travers GMT in florissant Mo. He was able to put my wife and I in a loner and took care of the problems that I was having.

One of the dirtiest dealers in north county.

This dealership really sucks. They took my perfectly good running truck and traded me a jeep Wrangler Willy's that leaks more oil then a 85 Harley and then the supposed head manager don't even answer the phone or call anyone back. I mean really who does that? Anyway I myself have already hired an attorney and I am going after that dealership. I know 7 other people who I have met that have also been sold a p. O. S. From this dealership and the buck stops here. So people if you are really smart stay away from GMT florissant. Don't even buy a bicycle from them.

Worst Experience As a Consumer!

I recently started the process of purchasing a vehicle from Travers Auto Plaza in Florissant, Mo and unfortunately, it has been the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. Within weeks of driving the 2013 BMW 550i off the lot, the car started having major issues and I reached out to the dealership only to be disappointed with the service that I am currently receiving. I contacted the dealership within weeks of possessing my new car because I started noticing signs that the vehicle may need repair. After closer examination, I researched that the car had a loud blower motor, rapid oil consumption, smoking exhaust, and that’s only the things I noticed within the first few weeks. I contacted the sales representative and explained the issues with the car, and instead of addressing the mechanical issues, the salesman said, he wanted to move forward with finalizing the contract and financials for the deal before they would help me figure out what’s going on with the car that I am obviously unhappy with. I contacted the salesman to receive an update on my situation. The call ended with the salesman promising to schedule an appointment for my car to be examined in their shop. Finally, a meeting was scheduled with the salesman and his boss. I arrived at the dealership (30 Min Drive) and I was told that they failed to schedule an appointment and asked if we could arrange for them to pick up my vehicle the next day. I then asked if they would return my trade-in and downpayment since the deal isn't currently finalized and they refused. The next day comes and nobody reached out to me about picking up the vehicle I had to reach out only to be told someone will be coming to pick up the vehicle on Monday we will see if they follow through on that since they have failed to do so in every area possible. I will update the review as the process goes on, but currently, we have a car that shows signs of expensive repairs that the dealership had knowledge of when selling the car and more issues down the road also they are unwilling to help me get into another vehicle or return my trade-in and down payment. I hope we can come to a resolution so that I can update this review but currently I strongly discourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle with Travers Auto Plaza.
