I’m sure that there are many good salesman at Cole’s but

I’m sure that there are many good salesman at Cole’s but my advice would be to ask for Mr John Young. He was so helpful and thorough. Great guy.

They took a 20,000 dollar car I had bought a year ago

They took a 20,000 dollar car I had bought a year ago sold me a 20,000 dollar car I put down a 1000 bill cole said I owed 10,000 because the miles were different the used car I was buying has 30 my old one had 90 but was a year nower then the Honda crv I bought well ok I signed the contract with out reading based on our conversation. Long behold the car was really costing more on paper and my 20k car was valued at 7k and the car I bought was not to 18000 online with a 1000 in tax and a dealer fee now it was window price at 23,899. never again will I deal with them I'm still trying to get out of it two years later. After paying thousands to the 13.54 interest rates with a 730 credit score fml

I got screwed never buy there again like I was tra

I bought 2 vehicles there I wanted a new car I bought it the next day computer troubles no one can fix it wanted to buy my old truck back and acted like I was crazy blowed me off I would take my business else where the last one I buy there they blowed me off like I was nothing after I bought it had trouble 300 miles later on a 2024 Trax so better be ware

Great experience

I trade about every 2 years several years ago I traded with Bill Cole, great experienc3e they worked to get my payment down. People very nice and well trained. Soon I hope to trade again with them.

Terrible experience

We bought my wife a used car from bill cole. 2 days after we bought it she noticed the windshield wiper pump was burnt up. We called and called and for weeks trying to get it replaced but they told us they weren’t going to. My wife then went to get her first oil change a couple months after she bought the car and she was told it needed all new tires, rotors, and brakes. Personally will never deal with bill cole again.

came in for a test drive and......

I set up an appointment with Barbra to come in and test drive a vehicle on a Thursday evening for Sunday afternoon with Kevin. I get a confirmation email of the appointment with the Vin# and Stock# the same evening. The day arrives and I get another email, double checking that I am going to keep my appointment. I replied that I will be there. I show up and no car! No one knows anything about it. Brian(?) (Sales mgr, he says) comes out and asks what the problem is...obviously he knows more than that. I explain the above situation and his reply is that the vehicle in question is in Ashland, KY. xxx!! I cut my business short in Ohio to come home to meet this appointment and they say " they don't know why I was given this appointment". They had two days to confirm they had their ducks in a row and more than enough opportunity to contact me and tell me they didn't have the car. Can you say "bate and switch"!? Who's going to pay for my time!? They said they would get back to me and have not done so and the sad part is that they really don't care! Anyone that believes that is in a fantasy world. I know they won't call because they screwed this nine ways to Sunday.

I called in for a Honda Civic type-r.

I called in for a Honda Civic Type R. I saw on cars.Com and asking price was for $35k I understand there's a mark up on these car. I spoke to a lady named Angela and she left me on hold for about 5 minutes and so she can talk to the sales manager and she got back on the phone said the asking price was for $43,900. Plus what my interest rate is. False advertisement!

Hidden charges for extended warranty cancelled 3 months ago and still not off didn't explain none of the contract found out after I got home added 3000 market adjustment found out you can get it from another dealer a lot cheaper ripping West ,virginiansoff really disappointed with the dealership

Predatory Sales Team

Lots of tricks to fleece you. Hidden extra warranty charge (advertising says its included -- but you will pay for it), gap insurance, adjusted MSRP market markup, overpriced, unverifiable anti-theft protection and offers less than half of avg trade for your car.

Bought used at princeton location.

Bought a jeep from used lot in Princeton. A leak was noticed next day. Lee Cole said he would get looked asap. So far Cole has provided excellent customer service. They provided a loaner they didnt have too. They found issue and they are getting it straightened out without delay. Appreciate the quick response and attention to customer service.
