I was interested in working with this dealership as a few people in the area who know dealerships and cars recommended this dealership. Everyone was friendly and the dealership has a good ambience. I worked with Beth Clemmer who is very knowledgeable and not a high pressure salesperson. It doesn't seem to be a high pressure place and the sales people like working there.

Had such a great experience with Beth Clemmer that I came back to buy a 2nd car a year later. Honest, efficient, responsive. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. David had horrible customer service. I contacted about a vehicle on their website. David’s exact words were “…it has not been cleaned detailed or through the shop yet so it is not ready for sale at this time" I went back and forth with David over 11 days via email and kept asking when it would be available. He kept saying it was still in the shop. Next thing I know, the car gets sold out from underneath me before I even got a chance to look at it. Not sure how a car that is "... not ready for sale at this time" can be sold before I was even told it was ready. Shady salesman tactics. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Took my vehicle in for evap leak repair...they replaced a hose and turned off the check engine light. Drove 15 miles and light came back on with same code. Called service and they told me they would have to charge me to bring it back in to look at it. They took $300 and screwed up the diagnosis. Had they done it right, they would have smoke tested the system...found the leak, repaired it and run an evap test to make sure the leak was fixed. The fact that they wanted to charge me to bring it in again to look at it just disgusts me. Never again will I use Mcdonough Toyota. If you screw up, you make it right. It's all about the money for them.....never again

I can not express my gratitude enough for the wonderful service Chris Lint delivered. Chris was very informative and open when discussing requesting a vehicle allocation. He answered all of my questions with detail and truth. When the request was fulfilled, he went over my order with me to make sure that it included all the accessories I had requested, and removed the items I did not desire. I made some very specific delivery preparation requests, and he made sure that they were all accommodated. When delivery day came, he made the process as stress free as possible and handled my unique situation with attentiveness. As concerned as I was about issues coming up (I wasn't present for delivery), he made sure that everything was set for a smooth and trouble free transaction. I can't wait to recommend Chris to anyone wanting a new Toyota!

Mr. Richard Harlow was absolutely top notch in dealing with me about purchasing my vehicle. Everyone was extremely friendly and never pushy. In dealing with the loss of my father, Mr. Harlow, along with all the others, were extremely patient and loving and that speaks volumes with me. I can't thank all of them enough for the kindness and patience shown. The Rav is a dream and with the cleaning she got from the service guys with the Quantum she's shining in all her glory. TOP NOTCH all the way around!!!

Just purchased 2022 4Runner from this dealer. I purchase a new car every three years. Found this dealership very competitive and made a fair deal in very short order. Very pleased with the overall experience.
