Great Customer Service!

Stateline Chrysler - Jeep Repair

I have 3 Mopar vehicles. All serviced at this location. Always a positive experience. My service advisor Amanda is top notch. She is skilled at her job, communicates well and gets the job done in a timely manner. No issues for me at Stateline.

New car purchase

Not What I Suspected

I had heard a knocking sound from the engine. Not good so I took it to Stateline. Amanda was my service rep. And she’s great! They gave me a rental, the charge for it was dependent upon if it was a warranty issue. Stateline did the repair (under warranty). All good. A bit disappointed with the engine issue, but Stateline (and Amanda) are top shelf!

Jeep Cherokee Latitude 2020

The salesman Greg Jordan was great. He was warm polite and very professional. He really worked to make the deal. The price that was listed online, included several rebates that did not apply to us, such as military and first responder discounts. He did a good job of making up for that. I left happy and with the vehicle I wanted. They gave me more than I was expecting for my trade in as well.

Dodge Ram 1500 Rebel
