Top notch quality service! Was able to replace my wife’s 2016 Toyota Highlander for a brand new 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum edition AWD, absolutely love it, transaction was entirely smooth, no gimmicks, best price upfront, best trade value, plenty of selection to choose from 1 of 5 available platinum editions available. Great overall experience. Can’t wait to buy again!

Went to Dallas of toyota Saturday the new sales person...

Went to Dallas of toyota Saturday the new sales person gave ne a hard time. But I called spoke to the New Car salesman Manager,he told me to come right back. Did just that. When I arrived I spoke to the first person I've seen. Will Shields,He was awesome. He went OVER AND BEYOND FOR ME TO MAKE SURE I DROVED AWAY WITH A NEW 2022 toyota! He put up a fight for me. And He won. If you are reading this and thinking about buying a New Toyota in the Dallas area. Toyota of Dallas is the 5⭐place to go. And ask for Mr.Will Shields he got cha.

George, was an xxx from start to finish. Your other 3 employees saved the sale. Maybe George was having a bad day (your three superstars vouched for him) I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. My wife loves the car and the people we worked with save one. Easy to buy as she did her homework and Yen and Ali helped with the upfront and Shawn did great on the finance side. Maybe have George shadow either of those three to see what customer service is supposed to be like.

Dealership refused to allow me to have the car inspected...

Dealership refused to allow me to have the car inspected before purchase. Would not even allow me to bring a mechanic on-site, under their supervision, to inspect the car. Most absurd excuses I've ever heard in my life. Like I'm about to drop $70k on a sports car without it being inspected. What a joke.
