The two guys that helped me on my purchase were incredible. They had an answer for each and every question that I had for them. They made everything really easy for me without pressuring me in any way. I would not hesitate going there again or sending any of my friends or family their way. It would be hard for any other dealership in this area to top them in my opinion. I give this dealership and these two guys the highest rating possible because of their expertise and friendliness with no pressure salesmanship.

Charlie Taylor was an absolute joy to do business with. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable. I hope he's there the next time I buy a vehicle. I can't imagine taking my business to anywhere but Shelor!

This is the second car I have purchased from Mike Mundy...

This is the second car I have purchased from Mike Mundy at Shelor. Four cars total. If I need another vehicle I will come to Mike. He is extremely courteous and is very informative of the vehicles on his lot. He will definitely find a car that fits your needs and budget. Thanks Mike!

Worst experience possible

Basically from the beginning I shouldve known it was a mistake to purchase from them. I was pushed towards several vehicles that were over priced and not at all what I was looking for. When I finally mentioned walking out they brought me my car ( 06 G6 55 thsnd miles) for 11 after fin. I had my car for only a week before it broke down. They tinkered w/ it said it was fine nothing wrng but I had purchased a warranty so it was covered. Over the course of a year it stalled out like a bad transmission (which I mentioned but serv. tech said no way) low and behold 1 mnth after my 1 yr warranty runs out so did the trans. I felt bc I was female they wouldnt listen to me about my car so even though I brought it in all those times before warranty was over they made me pay out of pocket 2500!I had countless other repairs even until just 3 mnths ago totalling to 3600 after only 2 yrs of owning the car. Ive complained to every supervisor in that place and they ddnt care even though seeing all the notes stated what I said was true about bringing the car in for transmission issues . So this was every womens fear of being sold a lemon from a dealership.
