My wife and I own three Acuras. I have owned one of them for almost fifteen years. I am a very picky customer and not easy to please. Duncan Acura has always given me excellent service from all of their departments. I can't imagine taking my vehicle any where else. When it came to purchasing new vehicles, the decision was easy for us. All of their departments work together as one big team to serve the customer. I feel very fortunate to have the peace of mind knowing this. After being spoiled at this dealership I would not consider anyone else.

They help you buy your car, not push it on you. Good folks.

I bought a 2008 Acura MDX from this dealer brand new and have always used them for service and I am always 100% pleased. I recently bought a 2016 Acura RDX from them and gave my MDX to my son and they are wonderful to work with and I love the service department especially "Belve", who is always helpful and explains all the work done to my car. I would recommend buying a car from this dealer because they are not pushy at all and explain everything and were very patient and explained and programed all the technology stuff that came with my 2016 car, which was a lot of stuff---I got the advanced package.

Excellent staff and great customer service. I took my Acura tl in the other day to get my oil changed and the service was great and quick, I was out of there in no time, I bought my car here and wouldn't take it anyway else to ever get it looked at

Replacement of tire was smooth from start to finish. It is a new car and a tire failed. The warranties included in purchase resulted in no charge. Everything was reset to factory standards and we were on our way.

I found my vehicle on line on Sunday and sent an email expressing my interest. Robert Medlin called a few minutes after the dealership opened on Monday. A few minutes after noon I arrived from another state, hoping my trip had not been in vain. My requested vehicle was ready for a test drive, I loved it, and decided to buy it, greatly relieved that I didn't have to haggle. The trade in value of my car was exactly what I expected, so I was not surprised at the bottom line. Paperwork went well and smoothly, managed by charming Chris Loftin, with a little time to chat with Robert while we waited. I thought he was just like one of my sons. I was impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the dealership. As a matter of fact, we determined that it could be classified a "boutique dealership" if such existed. My new car was detailed way above and beyond necessary by a nice young man whose name I didn't get. All in all, my experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had many in my 70+ years. Robert and Chris were beyond patient and helpful, the pricing was acceptable, and the car was exactly as described. I recommend Duncan Acura and Audi with no reservations.

We had contacted Leslie Thomas, salesperson, prior to driving to Roanoke to look at the vehicle. When we got there she wasn't pushy but was interested in helping us purchase a vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we were interested in. Our experience was the easiest and most friendly that we've ever had with a car purchase.
