Trade in Nick Barnes

Nick was a pleasure to work with. No pressure and knowledgeable, even other makes and models. Will be back when I'm ready to trade in my Rubicon.

Pleasant experience and helpful sales staff

Found a great car in a few hours! Reno was friendly, and took me around in a few cars before I ended up deciding on a barely used Ford Focus.

Bought a 2000 Grand Cherokee

Mike Melnick was my sales person and he was very nice and easy to work with. He even delivered my jeep to me in Battle Ground the next day!

Awesome customer service experience!

It was a pleasure working with Mike Melnick while looking for my new Honda Odyssey. He is a very nice and patient salesperson with a very friendly personality and outstanding customer service skills! Throughout the buying process he answered all my questions, provided feed back in a timely manner (he even took time to answer one of my questions on the Xmas day, which was his day off!) and spent a few hours showing me how all the gadgets on my new minivan work. Overall I had a great customer service experience and I strongly recommend Mike to anyone willing to purchase a new car!

Airbag recall

After the second call in to have them order the airbag recall parts they finally scheduled me for the appt. I arrived an hour late and they still fit me In which was great! However, they didn't reset the airbag sensor in my dash board and only the dealership can do this because of the recall. After waiting on hold for way too long to address the issue I finally had to disconnect. They need an option to receive a return call I guess and now I'll have to set yet another appt for this at a later date.

Great buying experience!

Dylan was our sales person. Very personable, knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove. He made it his business to find our perfect match and best deal. Highly recommend asking for Dylan if you are headed to Dick Hannah Honda.

Excellent!

Shawn was great! Very professional and competent staff. My car was ready in less time than estimated. Great experience. Nice waiting area and it cost less than estimated!

Good job

Good comprehensive oil change. Kinda spendy, not like the quick change garages, but they check everything and don't recommend services to make extra money.

Great sales agent

Rachel Trent, the sales agent, was incredibly helpful, patient, and thoughtful. We were a difficult sale, asking for multiple vehicles over multiple lots. We even left and came back. Dick Hannah owes this sake 100% to Rachel's patience, demeanor, and diligence.

Great Experience

We came into get an oil change done and met Richard. He spoke to us about the vehicle exchange program. We were considering buying another vehicle but didn't have plans to actually leave with one that day, but that's what happened. We bought a beautiful used car and didn't feel like we were pressured in the process. Richard was an outstanding sales agent for us and I'm sending my daughter and son in law to see him next week!
