Staff was very friendly and service was quick I was in

Staff was very friendly and service was quick I was in and out in no time . I had to also pick up floor mats I had ordered and the staff remembered me by name

Great experience with Darin.

Great experience with Darin. He made the purchase of a new vehicle a pleasure. He was very helpful and spent a considerable amount of time with us when we picked up our car. Again, a great experience.

The service man was very helpful and he speaks Spanish.

The service man was very helpful and he speaks Spanish. It helped me to understand better and to feel comfortable asking questions. The price for oil service is a little bit higher but I suggest to have rewards or discount.

Attempted to get a broken speedometer fixed. They were unable to do it at the shop, but they gave me a recommendation for someone who might be able to fix it.

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. They have tried and failed 5 times to fix the same part. The breaks tick, seat clicks, ac recycle light stays on even when the recycles not working. All of which Im told are just how the vehicles are made. And to many rattles to mention. Cheap xxx vehicles.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!Drove a vehicle on Saturday. On Monday we decided to buy the vehicle so we called them and told them we would be up Tuesday to do the paperwork. My wife got the flue so we couldn't make it work. We told them we still wanted the vehicle but we can't be there until Friday. Friday morning the salesman text us and asked if we were coming to get the vehicle and we told them we would be there around 3ocolock. Around noon we get a text to let us know they SOLD our vehicle. Its nice to know that you are just a number at Billion and not a customer. The First and LAST time I will visit a Billion dealership. I hope this helps future buyers to go somewhere else and get treated like a person and not a number. If I could I would rate it a ZERO. Don't waste your time.
