P*** poor service financing company does not answer back to anybody I waited 2 days for an answer and got nothing back

Never responded to my inquiry on the 22 ford f250, if you’re going to take the time to advertise at 80g truck you would think they would be eager contact you to sell it when someone inquired given the current market, so.. good job. Bought elsewhere.

Within minutes of submitting my request for information on the vehicle, Mr. Buhler contacted me. He provided me with all of the information I needed to make my decision, which was one of the easiest decisions I have ever made regarding the purchase of a vehicle. I drove over 12 hours to pick up my Denali and Mr. Buhler was waiting for me at 7:30 AM the following day to hand me the keys. I recently purchased a 2020 Ram from Lenz. I worked with Mike Buhler and it was an excellent experience. Mike gave me time to look over the vehicle and ask questions. I didn't have to spend hours upon hours going over paperwork. I've only had the vehicle for a couple days, but I'm very happy with the vehicle at this point. There is only one thing from keeping this a great review. I fully understand the no haggle approach to the price of the vehicle and am comfortable with what we paid, however, the truck didn't have a tonneau cover with it. I was hoping, for the money I spent on the vehicle, that they would have been willing to add this to the truck. That was disappointing. Also, there were times when the financial department was difficult to get hold of (full voicemail). My insurance company had a couple questions and had a difficult time getting hold of someone initially. They did get hold of someone and got the information they needed but it sounds like they had to get a few extensions. I would certainly recommend Mike to work with. He's very down to earth and relates well to the costumer and overall, the experience was good.

I recently purchased a truck from lenz trucks. This was my 2nd truck from them. I llimped my 2007 Silverado up to see what could be done. Mike Buhler meet me and had two truck ready and waiting for me to check out. After picking the one I like he did any and everything to make my deal the best he could. I left the dealership very happy and with a very awesome truck.

This was my first purchase from Lenz. Worked with Mike and overall a good experience. They don't negotiate at all, so that would've been good to know going in. But that did lead to a no-pressure experience. Mike was laid back with no gimmicks. I feel he gave me a good deal on my trade-in too which helped. I would go to him again. I live in Madison, and still overall worth the trip.

Our first purchase from Lenz our used vehicle had some issues but the service we received was beyond amazing. I spent many hours hanging out while they worked on my truck and it was always a comfortable, friendly experience. During covid (with very limited used cars anywhere), we ended up in a desperate situation needing a family vehicle fast, and were forced to buy from a different dealership. Needless to say, the car we got there ended up being terrible and so was the service. A few months and several thousands of dollars later, we knew we needed a more reliable vehicle and went back to Lenz. Mike found three options for us to look at, didn't push us to choose one over the other, and Ryan had us driving away in a great family truck with financing before noon. It feels so good to drive a vehicle again and not be stressed about it breaking down. I can't imagine buying from anywhere but Lenz ever again.
