Charles was very professional.

Charles was very professional. Charles is very knowledgeable about all the products that kia had. I obtained a better warranty than the other kia dealership that I went to and uh, I was very happy that you had free oil changes and free inspections for life. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and very welcoming. I had a very good experience.

Drove 90 minutes to find out car was not even there and

Drove 90 minutes to find out car was not even there and another hr waiting to find out this information. I had already spent 2 days explaining to the sales person that I did not want to waste my time going there if the deal would not be reached. Especially since I didn’t not want to put extra miles on current ride and waste a night after working a 10 hrs shift driving only for a deal not to be made. I was assured car was there and deal was reached but it was not and that was not cool. Horrible, horrible experience. Unprofessional sales team as sales rep was working 3 deals and 3 different desks and just all over the place. I went with a dealer out of state and got better service over the phone and documents were sent to me to fill out and send back. Do better.
