I leased a sonata last year it came with full

I leased a sonata last year it came with full maintenance in contract. I went last week being a loyal customer traded in another older sonata and leased a Kona. Kona monthly price $320 when I went into finance to sign all of a sudden they want to add $211 or down to $60 for oil change a month more for maintenance total deceptive sales I was never told 2026 no longer come with out maintenance until few days later when I spoke to manager Beware . I will never go there again and trade in both cars with other brand asap I would like a response from Route 4 Auto group owners or manager about this deceptive practice

I went to Hyundai Paramus for my complimentary oil change

I went to Hyundai Paramus for my complimentary oil change after more than six months since my last visit. They refused the service, saying my mileage was too low, even though Hyundai’s maintenance policy allows oil changes every 6 months or 7,500 miles, whichever comes first. The staff was dismissive and not helpful — very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

I bought a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and they took

I bought a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe from them and they took care of me. However, they refuse to take my call and keep sending me to voicemail when I asked to speak with the finance manager to get a copy of my purchase agreement! What is going on and what are they hiding! They never emailed it to me!

Brandon was my salesman.

Brandon was my salesman. He's very polite, professional. He's also a good negotiator. I might have paid a bit more than I wanted (not a lot, but still). That said, once the deal was signed, and I had a small issue or two Brandon took very good care of me. Was extremely helpful, organized, cared about my satisfaction.. Good follow thru. I like him, and recommend him, just be mindful - he's a smooth price negotiator.

Love my vehicle, trusted the dealership until service. I was tricked into paying over $1,200 for a normal scheduled service appointment. Not only was it to be complimentary, according to the current promotion, but when I questioned ANNIE about it, her response was “You could have said no”. She tricked and manipulated me. Shame on her and the entire dealership, from Rocco Auriemma, General Manager to Vivian Rappa, Service Manager. I reached out to them all, with no response at all Really shocking and sad that they are so blatantly ignoring the laws of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, who provide help for us who experience practices like this.

If you’re considering taking your Hyundai in under the

If you’re considering taking your Hyundai in under the warranty—whether it’s the 100,000 or 150,000-mile coverage—do not even think about going to this dealership, because you’ll always end up with a costly surprise. They keep your vehicle under the pretense that it’s being inspected under warranty, only to later tell you that the issue isn’t covered, and you’re left with a hefty bill. The service is rude, and it feels more like they’re after your money rather than trying to help you. While I was there, I even had the chance to speak with an elderly gentleman who was also seeking service for a key issue, and he was extremely upset because they were charging him $1,000 for it. If you own a Hyundai—which in my opinion and experience are not good vehicles to begin with—do not even think about taking it to Paramus Hyundai. Instead of helping you, they’ll charge you even for the inspection. I honestly don’t understand why Hyundai takes pride in its warranty when it’s essentially useless—you end up having to pay for everything anyway. I’ve been there three times, and every single time I’ve left angry and disappointed. I never want to go back, and I certainly will never buy a Hyundai again. You’re better off taking your car to a local mechanic, who might even do a better job, because at this dealership they only care about profit—not about helping their costumers.
