Easily the most straightforward, low stress car buying experience I've had. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. My salesman in the used car department, Alex, was personable and knowledgeable, and made coordinating multiple trades for a low mileage used car much simpler than it could have been. I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to stay away. My experience was full of dishonesty and frustration, and I want to help others avoid the same situation. They falsely claimed the vehicle I was interested in had a title ready for sale in Maryland — it did not. They also told me they would hold the title for my trade-in, but when I asked for it back, they refused to return it, using it as leverage to pressure me into a deal. The appraisal they gave for my trade-in was unreasonably low. To justify it, they told me the car would be sent to auction — another lie. I ended up trading the vehicle elsewhere for exactly what CarMax offered, confirming that their story wasn’t just misleading — it was completely false. Do yourself a favor and shop around. You can easily get a much better offer on your trade-in at other nearby dealerships that are far more transparent and professional. This dealership wasted my time, tried to manipulate the situation, and lost all trust in the process. This is not a place you want to do business with. Protect your investment and go somewhere reputable.

Took my car to my mechanic after purchasing a 2021 vehicle. It needed $400 in service, filters, oil, and brake pads. The wheels were locked on, and the packaging for the wheel lock keys were in the trunk, but empty. Neither the dealer Moe or Tyler the used car Manager were helpful or responsive - Tyler refused to do anything about the keys until I threw out Costco Auto Program reviews. No one ever contacted me to help set up the appointment, like he said he'd handle. Emails go unanswered, and every time I call up there it's a complete runaround. The District Manager for the Costco Auto Program also could never get a hold of them. Toyota should be concerned about the way these people do business.
