The higher-ups, not the sales people or sales managers, slam the sales people with "market adjustment" fees that have to be added on. As a result the car buying experience isn't great even for returning customers. I'll probably never buy from them again. Why deal with a company trying to fleece it's customers when there are so many others?

Process was simple and quick. Toni was extremely professional and friendly. We were able to finalize everything within a couple hours. Will definitely purchase from here again.

My review is the customer service at the dealership AFTER the purchase of my vehicle! I was also impressed with every facet from purchase to driving my car off the lot. When my tags came in I went to pick them up and was offered superior customer service to put them on for me. The service technician was Henry Noy and what a delight he was! He started by complimenting my hair which set the tone. He was efficient kind and went the extra mile ! I’ve never been treated so professionally and respectfully! He even backed my vehicle out of the bay when he was finished. Thank you Henry for your superb customer service and warm personality you are 10 stars in my book!

After hearing fabulous remarks about DARCARS Toyota of Frederick from one of your receptionists named Sam S. (who had recently purchased her Corolla LE at this location), I decided to check it out. She showed me her car and I knew immediately that my search at all of the other dealers would be ending. What a great decision that was! After being introduced to two sales people, Geo and Sam Owens, it became apparent to me that I would have a difficult decision deciding which person to work with. Geo was gracious and suggested that I go with Sam O since he had helped him tremendously when he got his start at DARCARS. Sam O was knowledgeable, low-key and walked me through the ordering process with zero issues. Next stop was with the Finance Guy, Diego, another stellar employee who made the purchasing process easy. Within 48 hours of my first encounter at DARCARS, I drove away in my gorgeous new Corolla LE.

Had a pleasant purchasing experience. Sam answered all my questions and let me test drive the car to my content. Was patient while I compared the vehicle to others at different dealerships. In the end, DarCars had the best car and value and Sam made the purchasing experience relaxed and enjoyable. Sam spent time familiarizing me with all the car's features and connected my iPhone. This Guys are amazing and so professional. My first contact was Jim just over the phone he was great, then I met him in person, he was more friendly and willing to help. When I was at this dealer I had a difficult day but all the staff made me feel good. Sam helped fast with all the paperwork and I was able to get my Toyota Camry 2022!
