Darcars Toyota of Frederick is by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The staff is always extremely friendly and willing to help irregardless if you are the customer assigned to them. The service department is speedy with their work and thorough with their explanations regarding the needs of your vehicle. Absolutely outstanding service! Kent Swanson is relatively new to the dealership, but I have no doubt that he'll go far with the company. He treated me with utmost respect and honesty, and never made me feel as if I was being pressured to buy something I didn't want. Furthermore, he went out of his way to research different cars that might fit my needs, and kept in contact with me throughout every step of the process. Jim Higgins, the finance director, was both professional and pleasant, making sure I understood everything before I made any decisions, and I always felt as if he valued my input. Overall, I can't recommend Darcars of Frederick highly enough!

Darcars was recommended by a neighbor of mine because was unhappy with my last service center. I called to set up an appointment for a fluid leak and they were able to get me right in. Upon arrived I was greeted right away by Andy who I had spoken with. I was susprised even though I didnt own a toyota he was more then happy to address my service needs. Andy was very informative with explantion of service needed. I will be shopping for a new vehicle soon and will shop there first because of the great service I recieved.

Professional, personable and knowledgeable, Chris was the definition of customer-friendly. Made a great deal within an hour and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Josh Gillions provided a wonderful car buying experience. He made sure I was happy with the vehicle, the price, the financing, trade-in value for my old car, and with Toyota overall. Josh really cares about his customers and that compassion does not stop after you buy the vehicle. After I purchased the car, I had some questions about the car payments, and stopped by the dealership. Josh stopped what he was doing and came over to help me with my questions. To me, that is customer service at its best, and Josh Gillions is a perfect role model for other salesmen to follow when it comes to customer service and the buying experience.

Kenny Rogers provided me with great service. He was very hospitable, the service was quick and was done in a quality way. The cost of the service was a great value. The service center itself seemed very clean and well organized. I was taken care of from the time I walked in the door until I was on my way. I was even offered shuttle service if I needed it. The entire transaction was very pleasent. Daniel was very patient with me, knowledgable about the Toyota product and very clear about the service and warranty procedures.
