I have to say that my representative "Monia Ellis" was
I have to say that my representative "Monia Ellis" was fantastic from the moment I called to ask for my CR-V recall parts to the end. She took the time to see if the service center had the parts, which other dealership has made me wait for 6 months. She scheduled me right away and treated me as if I was a constomer for a long time. I was treated with white gloves even when the service shop needed more time to work on my car. She not only offered me free Lyft service from/to the place and my destination but she also provided me with a rental. All for free. I had a very negative view of dealership places in general but after working with Monica, I think I changed my mind at least for Honda but Checkered Flag Honda. Please hire more people like her and you won't regret it.

My sales rep Sherri made me feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. She didn't make me feel like I was forced to buy and worked with my special requests of my ideal car. After having to deal with other dealerships that hassled and called my phone nonstop to offer me cars I didn't even want, it was great to know that Checkered Flag is true to their word about being HAGGLE FREE and upfront. Thanks again Sherri and Checkered Flag team for finding and helping me finally get my dream car!!
