To start off the car is amazing, Maaz is very friendly & helpful. Even after he sold me my vehicle, he still seems happy to see me and talk to me (I've purchased vehicles at other places and once you buy the car, they don't even care to acknowledge you)..I appreciate you Maaz, I'll be back looking to purchase from you again! Kim in finance...she cracks me up! She is very knowledgeable, she hunted around and found a payment that works best for me, she got me a great GAP rate too. I will be looking for Kim then next time I need financing. I definitely got the two best people at Imperial. I won't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle.

I helped a friend purchase a vehicle from Imperial Ford last year and I was very impressed with the facility and their staff. Very professional. That being said I just purchased a new 2017 F150, and once again it was a great experience. Dean Childs was a great salesman and was very professional. We will be returning to replace our 2011 Ford Edge SEL.

Once again Rick and the Ford team helped me when I was in a jam. I had a terrible shake while driving on the highway. Imperial took me in right away and found nothing more than ice in my rim. They cleaned the rims and set me on my way . I would highly recommend Rick and the Imperial Ford service department for all your service needs

Paul was genuinely kind, patient, I was there for at least 4 hours(for my surprise, but did not even felt like it), we drove around pkg lot looking for the vehicle I had interest from online search. I had my 5 yrs daughter with me who has an extremely difficult time sitting still. Paul made the process so smooth, I am so pleased with the results. I bought a vehicle there years ago. I love my new Ford Escape, If I ever need I will definitely be back there and or refer a friend :) I am a happy customer.

I went to dealership on a Saturday night. I didn't realize they closed at 6pm. The dealership never rushed me or pushed me out the door and trust me I had hard time making a decision. They stayed open for me to purchase my new 2017 Ford Escape . My car sales man, Dave Berulli was patient and just a real great guy. The manager and finance lady were great too. I would highly recommend going to Imperial Ford in Mendon if you are looking for a car/truck/SUV.

The deal was one of the smoothest transactions that I have ever been apart of. Mike Peters was not a pushy salesman and came across more as friend which made it easy to talk too. Ms. Jacques (spelling) in finance was a pleasure to deal with. Great sense of humor and easy going. I would drive the hour again to purchase another vehicle or have this one serviced.
