Everything was solid. I did the internet way of approach, Anthony called me set the appointment, help me understand my options, I came for one vehicle, but he sold me a better vehicle. VERY IMPRESSED WITH Anthony. The next page asks about which car I pruchased. Cadillac is not on the list.

service tech was very helpful I waited for my truck oil chg and update, all went very smoothly my only critique is a better coffee machine would make the wait a little more enjoyable also a quick car wash would be great

Regarding my recent service visit.
Regarding my recent service visit. I was told I’d receive a complimentary car wash, but that didn’t happen. Also, the original issue with my truck wasn’t fixed, though I understand the part has been ordered and we’ll schedule the install once it arrives, that’s totally fine with me. One thing that did catch me off guard, though, was that license plate covers were put on my truck without my permission. I just wanted to bring that to your attention.
