So pleased

I will never waste my time or money by going anywhere else! Not only was this facility clean and tidy but the customer service exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I was so pleased with the way Car Vision ran their place and am thankful I went on Google + to check them out!!!

My over all experience was, enjoyable. Jon was curtious and informative. I didn't feel like I was being persuaded into buying a vehicle. He was honest about the car history. Prices were right where I felt they should be.

we found the vehicle on line spoke with Jon and he made this process which we were expecting to be difficult ; so simple it went very smooth he is a very friendly and professional infact we have decided to purchase another vehicle for my wife this week with Jon.

Stable car and solid deal!

Eric Dougherty assured me that I was getting a solid deal and a stable car at a great dealership. I trusted him and took his advice. Shortly after, I could see for myself that the 3 cars I test drove were reliable and fit my standards. He didn't keep me waiting, but instead was quick and efficient with my time. I am so thankful that this experience restored my faith in car dealerships - my last experience elsewhere had not been pleasant but this one was so thank you Car Vision.

We got our phone call in less than 20 minutes!

Inquired through internet and got a phone call in 20 minutes. We bought our used car for $200 less than the last place we looked. Dealership was prompt and the salesteam was efficient. Bought the vehicle from them after talking to two other dealers. Definitely recommend.

Extremely professional here

Typically I dislike the entire car buying experience. However, my experience this time around was much different! I worked with a sales associate named David C. He was extremely professional, explained everything in detail, and without pressure. For once during a car buying experience I was treated as a valued customer and not just another sale. For me, this was an enjoyable car buying experience.

Didn't rush me

I had been dreading the car buying process because I feared having to deal with high pressure sales people. That is, until I had the pleasant experience of dealing with Mohammed Ali from Carvision. I made 3 trips to the dealership and test drove several other car brands before coming back to make my purchase. They never made me feel rushed to make a decision but were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I was given a tour of the building and introduced to most of the employees in the showroom, and I was also offered a cup of complementary coffee!

David was great, very helpful in all areas, thoughtful. He made sure I knew all areas of car & turned the car around for easy pull away. We drove from Chambersburg. David knew we were coming and arrived early to began working with us prior to opening. Individual preparing our paper work, deflates overall experience. Appeared impatient when I preferred to read all areas or ask a question concerning it. Left a pleased owner of a Soul.
