Regular car maintenance

My husband and I bought our used Toyota Prius V from Toyota of Renton summer of 2016. We were originally there to just check out the Prius V. My husband didn't really want to buy from a dealership cuz of previous bad experiences with how some sales people treat you. We were helped out right away, and asked to test drive the car. We were allowed to test drive the car privately, just my husband and I. I've never seen a dealership do that before. That put us both at ease. That we could really just have fun and be relaxed while testing out the car. And not have a sales guy constantly trying to "convince" us to buy the car. We loved the car and it just felt right buying from Toyota of Renton. We've done the every 5k maintenance checkups and every time has been a delightful experience while there. Since the wait times can be long. They have a wonderful set up for the waiting room.

Car service

I'm so glad that I got accommodated in Renton right away compare to the other Toyota dealership nearby. Sandy is very friendly snd courteous. The only thing, I would like to suggest is for a phone charger kiosk for the customers to use to recharge their phones while waiting.

Great Place!

After a collision my car was totaled. I was surprised that the car could not be repaired but realized I need get a car quickly. I had bought the car from Toyota of Renton last December and returned to them to get a replacement. Went directly to the Sales Manager, Buddy Bodadilla. Told him what I have to spend and that I wanted another Red, Camry. He went through the inventory and was able to locate the exact car in a nearby city. The cost was so very close to what the insurance was paying that I was very pleased. With the help of Product Specialist, Tony Ahmed Latifyar, the whole transaction took about 30 minutes. Never bought a car so quickly. They were able to transfer the remaining 7 year warranty to the new car which saved me alot of money and time. The closing by Trung Phan was easy and well done. The accident was very stressful and the wonderful service I received from this team was so appreciated. This is my second car from Toyota of Renton and it will not be my last.

I LOVE TOYOTA OF RENTON

They continue to prove to me over and over again why I should continue to make the trip down to see them for regular service. Other Toyota dealerships in the area do not provide the drop-in anytime ability, or friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I purchased my new car at Toyota of Renton and they have never disappointed me. I recommend them highly!

Good service

Being a widow, and knowing little about what my car needs, I'm glad I can trust the people at your dealership to take care of me. The waiting room is comfortable and it seems in no time, my car is ready.
