**Service Review** I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with SCVW regarding their handling of my extended warranty claims. This is my second major issue, following a frustrating experience in May 2024 that has left me questioning their service department's integrity. In May, I waited nearly a month for repairs on the camshaft and timing chain. They now claim my current issues are unrelated to past repairs, but their trustworthiness is questionable. Two different extended warranty inspectors disagreed with their recommendations, raising serious concerns about deceptive practices. After returning my car, they failed to tighten the battery and left a socket under the hood. Recently, I took my car to another VW dealer, who discovered metal shavings in the engine. Since this occurred less than 5,000 miles after the previous repair, the extended warranty company requested SCVW to inspect it. I brought my car in on September 24 for a $300 inspection, during which they claimed not to see the shavings. After I provided video evidence from the other dealership, they acknowledged the shavings but insisted on inspecting the valve stems for an additional $900. As of today, September 30, that inspection is still not complete, and now they want to check the cylinder head for $1,800. This ongoing delay is unacceptable and has cost me about $40 a day in rental expenses, leaving me without reliable transportation. The lack of communication is appalling. Service supervisor Mo has not returned my calls until after work is completed, and my attempts to contact the GM have gone unanswered. Their F rating with the BBB and numerous negative reviews highlight their disregard for customer service. I feel as though my car is being held hostage, and retrieving personal items has been a challenge, as my vehicle remains parked in their lot, not in the service bay. I cannot recommend this dealership and strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. Check their BBB F rating and the many negative reviews across platforms.

The star is for the salesman, as he was the only thing
The star is for the salesman, as he was the only thing worthwhile at the dealership. This is my 2nd attempt at attempting to purchase a vehicle. In 2018 I attempted to purchase a vehicle, own financing and was told "WE HAVE TO RUN your credit. I just needed a purchase order as I explained, my credit union is cutting your check. They said they needed to verify who I was?? So I see a brand new 2022 Tiguan and go back thinking they have changed their dishonest practices of wanting to run your credit and place a hard inquiry to solict other loans. They do this because the earn incentives even though you have approved funding or cash? So guess what happened 4 yrs later.... you got it. I was told "its company policy" of course they couldnt show me that policy in writing. I already knew VW's 4.9 % was out of line and no comparison to my credit unions 2.5% so there was no reason to entertain them searching other instituitions. Nevertheless I shook the salesman's hand as he was pleasant and professional as well as the manager. I drove to another VW dealership who sold me what I wanted and didnt have any issues with my request not to run my credit. If you arent aware please know, if you have already obtained financing or paying cash this dealership will unnecessarily submit your information regardless, basically making additional profit from your credit rating.

My husband and I went to Stevens Creek Volkswagen to look...
My husband and I went to Stevens Creek Volkswagen to look at a new Atlas. We live in Santa Cruz, but the Santa Cruz Volkswagen dealership is awful, so for us it was worth the drive. The first day we met with Bang and he was wonderful! He showed us a few different Atlas’ and they were great but didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. It was late so we decided to come back the next day. When we came back, we worked with Alex and again, he was wonderful! He found a new Atlas with everything that I wanted. As we were talking he asked if I would be interested in a CPO lease return. I said yes and he showed us a top of the line Atlas with every bell and whistle. Since it was a lease return, it was close in price to the new lower model we had been looking at. We were sold! Alex made the negotiation process a breeze and never pressured us of made us feel uncomfortable. He was upfront and laid back the whole time. I would HIGHLY recommend making the trip to San Jose to go to Stevens Creek Volkswagen if you’re in the market for a VW. Everyone was so nice and professional. We’ll be making the drive to have our Atlas serviced here because they’re so great.

Poor Customer Service from GM
The General Manager - Kip Erb - did not allow me to test drive a Golf R, even though I was ready to trade in my current vehicle and purchase it. His salesperson told me that I could test drive it, and about 5 minutes later Kip came out and told me that they “aren’t allowed” to let customers test drive the Golf R, and that I would have to buy it first and try driving it after the loan clears. First of all, I don’t understand the logic of test driving a car after you buy it. Secondly, he assumed I would need a loan even though I was ready to pay cash. Says a lot about the values of this dealership, and was easily the worst experience I’ve had at any dealership. Absolutely do not recommend this place only because of the General Manager. He demonstrated incredibly poor customer service as well as poor training for his salespeople. But it’s fine, because I ended up going to Capitol VW, who provided top notch customer service. It was a world of difference. They encouraged me test drive the Golf R. Although I ended up choosing a different vehicle, my family ended up buying 2 cars from Capitol VW within a week. Hope the ownership of Steven’s Creek VW takes a second look at how their customers are treated.

Good experience overall
We had a good experiemce overall with purchasing our brand new 2019 Volkswagen in this dealership. The salesperson is far from pushy and they have a great selection of Volkswagens too.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
They don't even deserve one star. The what so called "salesman" was not willing to work with us. We asked what was the asking price for the car we were looking at and he kept saying "I don't know". His name is Eugene. Mind you, we kept waiting for him to get the keys because we wanted to look at the car in detail. Then he comes out opens the doors and doesn't say a word. What kind of salesman is that. Don't you have to explain what feature the cars has. Horrible. He had no interest in selling this car and or providing good service. If you want to buy a new VW or a used car. Go elsewhere.

Very organized and ready to assist in buyback
I recently returned my Passat as part of the Diesel Buyback program. The team at Stevens Creek Audi was very organized and managed the entire process in a very short time.

Very good experience.
Really excellent customer service from Sam Okiyama. He was so thorough and knowledgeable that his information became the deciding factor in my decision to buy. Also Scott Yeager, really great phone communication, lots of courtesy, and he got a dent in the car handled in just a few minutes and the repair was done within a week. He expedited all the steps and I felt like he advocated for me throughout the entire transaction.

Great Dealer!
I sent them an email after their closing hours. Robert responded to me within an hour. I wound up driving there the next day, Saturday (2 hrs). He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. I thought I had a loan pre-approved thru my credit union. He set me up with a computer to go online and finish up with them. They were a disappointment. They said the "approval people" did not work weekends. WHAAAAT! He hooked me up with his finance guy and I was out the door with my new car. HAPPY HAPPY, JOY JOY!!!
