Excellent customer service from James and the rest of the staff. Car was serviced and returned looking brand new. A video was sent showing the car being examined which was a nice touch.

Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills sold me an extended
Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills sold me an extended warranty, never received a copy of my warranty contract. Received a copy of it after my car was in their shop, denied having sold me the warranty. Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills solicited me to purchase ?their? extended warranty, which I did and after I tried to get the issue clarified by Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills management was never contacted from management for a clarification. Mercedes Benz of Beverl Hills deceived me selling the extended warranty. This experience has me questioning the reliability of the Mercedes Benz brand. This is the worst experience I have had with any car I have owned. Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills is not reputable and are liars and cheats
