the total experience was terrific. I have been using this dealer for many years for my two Audis. I find that my service advisor is knowledgeable, fair, and honest. Plus the experience is effortless from the time I drop off the car to when I pick it up. They are always willing to provide me with a loaner.

This is my second purchase from Audi Fort Washington in the last 9 months. I returned for the second purchase specifically because Rob Prigge, my sales representative and Scott Lam, the manager, went above and beyond what I would expect any car dealership to do to get me the best car at the best price and financing on the best terms. Every single employee I have dealt with or even just spoken to at Audi Fort Washington has been friendly and helpful.

Dealer got within less than $400 of my out the door price. Told them I would put a deposit down an pick up next day if they made up the difference. Was told could not do any better on price and they had a lot of appointments coming to see it. Funny thing is the car is still for sale today because of $370!! So much for all that interest. Went to another dealer the next day and they had no trouble getting to my number.

Audi of Fort Washington is an awesome place to buy cars! The staff and managers are excellent to deal with and more than happy to help you! No pressure in buying and no hidden agenda or fees when purchasing a car.

Changing axle boot when they could of changed the whole axle instead of making me pay 2 repairs that cost me over $1800.00 . They just cheated me when they could of saved me time and effort my axle made noise even after the axle boot change after I told them about it. They should stop lying to customers and labor cost is crazy it cost 4 times the parts price

I am writing a review due to a compliant I have. I left my car with Audi for service trusting it wouldn't be search through. Upon picking my car up I notice my handicapped placard was missing out of my glove box. I called the dealership and spoke to my service advisor only to be told the service I had wouldn't allow them to go in my glovebox. That was a problem for me number one I know where everything is in my car. I am not a person that misplaces anything. Especially something like that. I spent 1900 on service and to have had something stolen out my car is a major issue. Its almost like they thought I was lying. This is unacceptable I have information in my car and now I don't know what else they may have went through or even taken. I had my checkbook in there a thief is a thief and its unacceptable the fact I paid that much and trusted the dealership with my vehicle. I will never take my car back to Fort Washington Audi I am disappointed with this last service I received everything was fine up until that point. And to be told there are cameras at the dealership, are there camera's when the car is driven after the service is done or even when they take it to be washed? Somebody stole my belongings out my car. When I dropped it off my handicap placard was in there , I know because I had just used it and place it in the glove box before dropping my car off to them. Unacceptable

My husband and I are very pleased with the Audi Fort Washington buying experience. We purchased an Audi Q5. The sales team was very informed and helpful. The technical instruction was quick and useful. Alex made himself available for follow up questions. Five stars.
