Do not go in for service here for your Toyota. They will scam you. Buyer Beware! They would not fix the bumper on my 2025 Camry after they broke the brackets on the reinstallation. I had to get it fixed through my insurance and file a formal BBB complaint.

I sold my 2018 Lexus LS500 to I-10 Toyota. The dealer had submitted a generous online quote for my car. I was helped by the Used Car Manager, Tommy Lacerra, as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The paperwork was quick and easy, and I had a check in my hand in a few minutes. Mr. Lacerra, and I-10 Toyota, honored their online quote without issue. I had a great experience with I-10 Toyota. Eddie in the service department, insisted on a $205
Eddie in the service department, insisted on a $205 vehicle inspection before any repairs, even though I knew it was the inverter coolant pump and told them so. FYI all repairs will cost $205 extra because this checkout fee is not waived against the repair cost like most places do. I didn’t get any calls from the service department telling me that the car was ready to pick up, I had to initiate all communication for updates on the repair. After I picked up the car, I noticed the large plastic cover over radiator in engine compartment was missing. I drove back to Toyota service, they found the missing parts and reinstalled them. What kind of mechanic ‘finishes’ a job with big parts left over? All-in-all not a great experience.
