Exactly what you expect

This was a last minute repair as the minimum engine oil warning came on. Even though I wasn't due for an oil change just yet, Ken presented my options and never pressured me for a full service as I could have easily topped off the oil and been on my way for another month. I was in at 11 and out by 4:30 as promised. No delays, no problems, car was washed and ready. This is the reason I come back to Paul Miller rather than the dealer I purchased the X3.

Great service and attention to detail.

After a long series of issues with the car, Paul Miller Land Rover stayed patient, worked with the factory, and got everything fixed. Bad car, great service and mechanics.

Great Experience - Second Lease from Paul Miller

This is the second vehicle we leased from Paul Miller BMW with the help of Allen Heyman. Allen is professional, prompt, responsive, and is a pleasure to work with. He found us the car with the features we wanted and the best deal around (we are from Pennsylvania)--no tricks, games or sales tactics. Highly recommended!

Positive customer service experience

Courteous, professional service department. Needed an unexpected repair during my routine maintenance (bent rim) and it was repaired quickly and at a discounted price. Loaner was a brand new X3 - nice perk. I've used them several times over the past 2 years and they are consistently good.
