BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! Never buying a used vehicle from Casey Toyota again. My husband and I purchased a used truck with a fresh inspection. We did see that the windshield wipers were bad before we left but brushed it off as a small thing (this can be verified by the salesman). Once we left, we heard an odd noise in the front that we knew wouldn’t be covered under the motor/transmission warranty so we took it to the auto shop we’ve dealt with for years and fully trust. We then had to pay for ball joints, sway bar, tire rod, and windshield wipers. There is zero way this vehicle should have passed inspection. We had those we trust fix the issue since it was already there and rates are drastically cheaper than a dealership. Casey says we should have brought it back and trusted them to fix it but with the severity of what needed fixed, we did not feel safe to do so. So now we are out just over $2,300 in fixing what never should have been an issue to begin with. The owner said because we went elsewhere, the cost lies on us. In hopes to protect other purchasers in the future, this issue will be brought to the Virginia state police safety division.

Outstanding Service — Best Toyota Experience in 25+ Years! I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best service experience I’ve had in over 25 years of owning and maintaining Toyota vehicles across the country. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Michael Rosa demonstrated outstanding professionalism, transparency, and care. He took the time to walk through the diagnostics, kept me fully informed during the process, and coordinated with the technician to ensure every concern was addressed — including one that had gone unresolved for years. The work performed included valve cover gasket replacement, spark plugs, cylinder gaskets, ignition coil, air surge gaskets, and more. The technician did an excellent job — the engine now runs smoother than it has in a long time, and even a persistent VSC light issue (introduced by a different dealer and never resolved elsewhere) was completely resolved as a result of their thorough and knowledgeable repair work. Having owned and serviced Toyotas in NYC, Ithaca, San Antonio, Dallas, Albany GA, Augusta GA, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Boston MA, I’ve worked with many Toyota service departments over the years. None have matched the diligence, professionalism, and conduct of the team at Casey Toyota, and particularly Michael Rosa and the technician who worked on my Highlander. I left with full confidence in the quality of the repair, and tremendous appreciation for the honest and skilled service I received. If you're in the region and want your Toyota handled right, Casey Toyota is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Bought a used car for my daughter.
Bought a used car for my daughter. When signing, nothing was explained and then when we received all the information on a thumb drive instead of printed out and put in a folder, we find an extra 3500 in which we didn’t agree to that was added to the loan. We were told that we had to pick up the plates at the dealership and we then received a voicemail stating I had to contact the bank to get information on how to pay the car payment. This is all ridiculous, I’ve bought plenty of cars and I’ve never had to do most the work or received a “ thumb drive” instead of actual paperwork. Also, we only received 1 key for the car. Don’t go here these aren’t not professionals.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CASEY TOYOTA AND BUY ANY VEHICLE ESPECIALLY FROM JOHN OGDEN!!!! This Casey Toyota has been nothing but a hassle for stuff that shouldn't happen. We first came in and bought a 2019 toyota tundra, great looking truck for a used one, also paid for heated seats and was told we'll receive a call the next day to to have the heated seats installed, nobody called and after 2 days of waiting we had to call, and get the appointment scheduled, the appointment was setup for the heated seats for Thursday 09/26 but when i show up, not only did they not even order the heated seats but our sales guy John Ogden dropped the ball and never got with the installer which he wasnt even here because he came the day before on 09/25, so we have to schedule ANOTHER APPOINTMENT and waste more gas and time and hopefully theyll have everything ready. had a small chip in the glass called and scheduled a repair and got a appointment setup for Tuesday but nobody decided to tell us the repair guy only comes on Thursday so we wasted gas just driving up there for them to look at the chip and say "yup you'll have to bring it back Thursday" go to another place and buy a car, even facebook marketplace!!!!

Ashley gave phenomenal customer service. She updated me on everything that was going on while my Volkswagon Gulf 2018 was being serviced on. While waiting, I watched as she interacted with each customer that came to her counter & her personality was just superb the way she handled each & every one. Give that woman a raise because we need more people like her.
