Mike in service is always the best. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate that the men in service department do not “talk down” to woman as I’ve experienced in other places over the years. I would recommend Bergeys.

Service is ok but sale is lousy.

Service is ok but sale is lousy. Went in 2 months ago for a transit. Talked wit a salesman and he never followed up. Bought one from another dealer 20 miles away. Now looking for a new pickup. Went to there web site asked the chatt person for the truck salesmen's name and could not get it so I disconnected. Then I called for the sales manager got someone's voice mail and the spoke so fast I could not understand a word. I left message, will see if anybody called me tomorrow. Only time will tell
