Customer service is lacking. The sales team is unprofessional and their behavior is unacceptable. I do not recommend making your next purchase from Mechanicsville Toyota.

There are other dealers who refund your deposit..

They require a deposit for a vehicle in transit that is not refundable. Go the distance to a dealership who doesn't ask for a deposit on vehicles in transit. There are several.

Poor experience

Beware of less than adequate communication from a salesman named Daniel after placing a deposit on a vehicle in transit. Beware of the dealers refusal to refund a deposit on a vehicle if the deal doesn’t happen, even if you don't sign a buyers order commiting to a purchase. I do not recommend the sales team, or to make a purchase from Mechancsville Toyota.
