Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable
This was about the 10th car we have purchased and by far the most enjoyable. Kile had answers for all of our questions and took time to make sure we were made to feel like family! He took patience as we drilled him with multiple questions about how everything worked on the vehicle we purchased. Followup calls were returned promptly and minor details were handled efficiently. Our experience with the financing was also painless - Mr. Reed quickly found the best option that saved us a lot on financing too! Our local bank that we do business with for 15 years had a higher rate! Overall it was the best experience we have had, no pressure, they did not push the sale! I will definitely recommend World Imports to all my friends and relatives!

Kile is friendly, responsive sales associate. Clean cars, good deals and not the typical approach of “how much do you want to spend?” Total time to look at options, test drive, negotiate and sign paperwork was under 3 hrs

Great Experience
Bought a uaed vehicle and was told it had the full manufacturer warranty remaining...had an issue with the A/C...so took it to Nissan and found out it is Branded Limited Lemon Law warranty and nothing but power train is covered...We were lied to !!!!

Sold us an unreliable Auto
In March 2018 we bought a 2011 Volvo from this dealer for $17000. As of this date (07-18-2018) the vehicle has had the following repairs done at our expense: suspension repairs, new battery, and now a broken timing belt which caused valve damage rendering the car inoperable and possible replacement of engine. Future customers --BEWARE!
