The entire experience with AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa was a very positive one! All the way from the sales manager to salesman to the guy in finance they were all amazing. They made the process super easy and smooth, and their price was the best over any other dealership. I would definitely recommend to a friend/family member and I will be using them in the future

I always check other dealerships before I purchase a car and Superstition Springs always beats their price and their service department is fantastic. I purchased four cars from them in the past. i’ve never had any problems with them and appreciate the kindness and respect for me

We purchased a truck from this dealership last year and had such a positive experience that when I was ready to buy a car after a traumatic accident, we immediately thought of coming back. After having a terrible experience at another dealership, we were relieved to find that they had the exact vehicle I wanted. Because of our previous experience elsewhere, we made it very clear multiple times that we were nervous about the process and wanted transparency. We were repeatedly reassured that they would take good care of us and make the experience a positive one. The purchase process itself went well, but shortly after we took the car home, we started receiving calls saying they needed additional information and paperwork from us. As the situation continued, the communication became increasingly unprofessional. Eventually, we received a call telling us they needed the car back. Rather than working with us to find a solution or making any effort to help us keep the vehicle, we were treated as though the only option was to return it. The way the situation was handled felt rude, dismissive, and completely inconsistent with the level of customer service we had been promised. The return process was handled just as poorly. My husband spent over a week calling to find out when the vehicle would be picked up, but we received little to no communication. Then, with only about an hour's notice, a transport company showed up to retrieve the car. The driver had no documentation or proof that he had been authorized to pick up the vehicle, which made the situation feel extremely sketchy and uncomfortable. Considering the circumstances, we expected much better communication and professionalism from the dealership. It's disappointing because our first experience here was so great, and that's the reason we returned. Sadly, this experience completely changed our perception of the dealership, and we won't be returning in the future.

Welcoming team and spice-n-span facilities. With being our first time, signage was helpful in finding the appropriate area. Christopher listened to us. Allowed us the time for questions and described the entire process.
