Horrible service center, do not care nor try.

Horrible service center, do not care nor try. Ignore and decline things on their own. Then go and try and charge you for this that were diagnosed in the first place. Horrible will never go here again.

I went to over 10 dealerships in the valley looking for a

I went to over 10 dealerships in the valley looking for a new truck. Most car salesman played the same game, Doing whatever they could to sell me a car. Salesman Tyler Palmer was the only reason I purchased a vehicle at the dealership. He was honest and straightforward not trying to hide anything. Thank you Tyler

Came in for my 60,00 0 and basic oil change and tire

Came in for my 60,00 0 and basic oil change and tire rotation. Within the week got a service transmission or will not shift soon. Came back for the appointment I scheduled after nothing is under warranty have to pay 200 to diagnose it yet when brought in for service low voltage and bad signal among other Indicators went off with no notice to me. All recommendations were declined by the advisor without my knowledge. Come to find out its not the transmission control module which is covered in my warranty wich I was told it wasn't covered. It's just a bad battery which I got tested for free at oriellys. The advisor should have notified me the day of service instead of trying to charge me 200 for diagnostic.
