P.S. Subaru is the best dealership in the desert, in the past I've dealt with Toyota, Ford, and Honda. Subaru is by far the best. My service advisor Jaun Diaz is the BEST.

Palm Springs Subaru service department are professional, courteous, and always exceed expectations. Recently showed up unannounced with a battery/electrical problem, was seen within 30 minutes, and about an hour later after running diagnostics on the electrical system and battery, problem diagnosed (bad battery), corrected and I was on my way. Problem solved. BRAVO

Sarah sets the standard by which all individuals in a
Sarah sets the standard by which all individuals in a service industry should be measured. Service is about expectation management which means keeping the customer informed in an accurate and timely way. A person in the service industry should act in such a way you know they are on your side. Sarah does all these things and I actually look forward to having my Subaru serviced. Sarah is another reason to buy a Subaru and have it serviced in the Coachella Valley.

I purchased my First Subaru in July of 2009. I have not...
I purchased my First Subaru in July of 2009. I have not yet had a chance to telephone Gilbert and make an official Appointment for further Consultation. However as my current Work Commitment finishes by Oct. 1oth..I shall be wide open to setting an Appointment Date after that time. I am wanting to look into either another New Subaru Forrester or possibly one 2-3 years old but with Low Miles etc. Many Thanks! Blessings! Jack Kennedy
