When I first visited, I was disappointed by the lack of attention or interest in my needs. Despite this, the staff was courteous my second visit. However, I felt misled when they claimed to offer a “family discount.” While I appreciated the discount itself, I would have preferred transparency rather than being deceived. Additionally, I was made uncomfortable by the noticeable shift in their demeanor when I shared details about my credit history. I returned for the follow-up appointment, only to find myself frustrated by the insistence that I use Siri. I do not see the necessity of connecting my phone in that way, especially since I am not constantly interacting with the screen. On that note, my new car—purchased just three weeks ago—has exhibited troubling issues with its touchscreen, behaving as though it’s being touched by an unseen hand. Moreover, the tire pressure light appeared in the first week of ownership. These ongoing problems have left me feeling disillusioned, especially given my previous, trouble-free experiences with Toyota and Kia, both of which were used vehicles. I am increasingly regretting my decision to choose Subaru over Toyota.

This is my third Crosstrek and my fifth Subaru.
This is my third Crosstrek and my fifth Subaru. I have purchased all three of my Crosstreks through this dealership. They make it easy and transparent. I cannot recommend them enough. Great service! Both Csaba and Steve are fantastic! I love Subarus and the way this dealership accommodates their clients is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

My experience with Palm Springs Subaru was nothing short
My experience with Palm Springs Subaru was nothing short of pleasant. I wasn't in the market for cars, until my Nissan was no longer functional. My father has been a loyal customer of Subaru for over 10 years and I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps. I intended on getting a used Subaru but my Aunt came across the new 2023 Impreza at my local dealership. Considering they hold their value, the new and 4 year old used Subaru's were nearly the same cost. I decided to buy the new one but while in active discussion with my local dealership, they sold the black one as we were asking them to send over the paperwork. They pushed the white one, but if I'm spending that much money, I'm going to get the color I want. Palm Springs Subaru had the black one in stock and Csaba Nagy assisted us online. Throughout the process, he was very accommodating, kind, responsive, and patient. We completed most of the paperwork online and took a road trip to Palm Springs. As we arrived, Csaba Nagy and William Taylor greeted me and wished me a happy early birthday. They made me feel like family upon meeting them and were very helpful and kind throughout my visit. The process was extremely quick and I wasn't expecting to so easily walk away with a brand new car. I then happily embarked on a road trip with my birthday present to myself!

I'm not going to spend a long time writing a review...
I'm not going to spend a long time writing a review because, as with most of the experiences with car dealers, they become a little time consuming and complicated to explain each of our situations. So, to be concise...in general I found them to be inconsiderate, lacking in communication to potential/customers, lack of follow up, Specifically... Csaba Nagy and Gilbert Atencio (both sales people) do not return phone calls or emails. Keith Stegall (also a salesperson) has limited product knowledge, lies (that's a big one) and does not return calls messages after the sale. Period. Daniel Martinez (Delivery Specialist) does not follow through on what he says he will do. Larry Knowlton (General Manager) does not return emails, nor follow up on issues reported to him. Bill Taylor (Sales Manager, or General Sales Manager) also does not follow up on commitments and promises he makes. I believe he also likes to play the power game of "how long can we make the customer wait", as he said he did not realize I was waiting to talk to him but supposedly the sales person (there's Stegall again) had told him. Steve ? (Finance) loses complete interest in you, and anything you have to say, after you decline several times to purchase an extended warranty, and then there are the innuendos of insults after you decline to purchase the warranty. The only real positive I can say is that the price was fair; I found a lower price by about $400 in San Bernardino but I did not want to drive a new car i was unfamiliar with that far. Bottom line, when I buy a new car, if it's a Subaru again (and that's a big if) I will not return here.

Extremely helpful sales person
I live in Nevada, and was looking for a green 2020 Outback. There is only 1 Subaru dealership in southern Nevada, so I contacted dealerships out of the area for prices. I contacted Palm Springs Subaru and connected with Csaba. He had a green Outback available, but it had black interior, and I really wanted ivory. However, he offered the car to me at a great price. He did everything he could to make the sale, including trying to locate one with ivory interior, but was unable to find one. I ended up buying the exact car I wanted at another dealership. I would recommend Csaba to anyone who is looking to buy a Subaru.

Treated Me Very Well
I've purchased many new vehicles over my lifetime, and there are very few car salesmen out there who don't talk down to me because I'm a female. Csaba never did this, plus he was super knowledgeable about the Crosstrek Hybrid I was interested in. He listened to my requirements and questions about the vehicle and put these customer priorities over "closing the deal."
