Beautiful facility
Everyone there made me feel that I was important and special. They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. They also valued my time and I was able to get back on the road home in a minimum amount of time.

Worst service I have ever received.
I bought my car BRAND NEW at Freeman from Cody. I had no problems until 10/16 when the battery would not hold a charge. Since my car was under warranty they replaced the battery and said it was just a faulty battery. That was fine, I know things happen. However, since then my battery has gone out and been replaced TWICE. So I am now on my THIRD battery in a new car. The last time I picked my car up from the Freeman service dept, Jerry (the one who worked on my car) was not there to explain to me what the issue was and how they "fixed" it and the girl at the desk had no idea and just said I received a 3rd new battery. Now my battery is out again and I am just over it. This should not keep happening. When I call the service department, no one answers and there is not a voicemail so can't even have someone call me back. Same with sales. I basically have no car and no help. I loved my car before all of this happened and now I just want a new car from someone else who cares that I am having issues and willing help resolve them and not just show up to a job to get paid. No one has been proactive in helping me resolve the issue that is clearly no just a faulty battery and in turn I will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone.
