My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Valley Honda....

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Valley Honda. Nick was very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in getting us in a vehicle that matched our needs. He was great with our son as well, and when he fell asleep on two chairs we were wheeling him around so as not to wake him. Nick and the sales manager Kevin were not pushy at all, and were excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend Valley Honda to anyone for a car purchase.

When I came in I was expecting to deal with a typical...

When I came in I was expecting to deal with a typical dealer with a typical salesman. In this case I did not run into that here. Everyone was friendly and I didn't feel pushed into buying anything I didn't want. The atmosphere was pleasant. Mario was especially patient when I neede time to decide on what I was going to do. Thanks Valley Honda for the great experience.

They did a great job understanding I was on a budget. Randall was very personable and friendly. I was very impressed with the facility. I'll be back.

I have been to Valley Honda twice to lease cars and both...

I have been to Valley Honda twice to lease cars and both experiences have been positive. Each time I was greeted with a smile and more importantly, respect. I have had experiences at other dealerships where the sales people were less than courteous & did not listen to what I had to say simply because I am a woman. The staff at Valley Honda did the exact opposite; I was treated with respect & was able to lease the vehicle I needed & wanted. Never once did anyone try to "sell" me anything else. The transaction was simple & smooth. Joe did a great job: he leased cars to both my husband and me on the same day in under 2 hours!! Amazing!! He worked hard to get us what we needed and at prices we could manage. Thanks, Joe!

We came in to look at the Honda Odyssey. Nick was...

We came in to look at the Honda Odyssey. Nick was friendly and helpful from the moment he walked up to introduce himself to when we drove our new Honda off the lot. He was very friendly and patient during negotiations which is always the most stressful part. We felt comfortable through the entire process. He spent a great deal of time showing us specific features on the Odyssey which saved us hours of reading the manual. ;) He helped us personalize and program settings which was wonderful! We arrived in the afternoon on a Saturday, and the dealership closes at 6pm. We didn't end up leaving Honda until about 7:30pm when all things were said and done. Nick stayed with us that entire time and never for a second seemed put out to have to stay later than he had expected that day. Overall we had a wonderful and pleasant experience with both Valley Honda and Nick Theodor. I would recommend him to friends and family and will be back looking for him the next time we need a vehicle.

My wife and I were spending about 200 a week on gas...

My wife and I were spending about 200 a week on gas between the two of us. My wife is a nurse and travels everyday. I had Chevy Equinox that was getting horrible gas mileage. I was upside down on my Chevy and we just could not afford it. We decided it was time to trade my car in and get her a new car. We were looking at Honda Insight originally and we were recommended by family to Valley Honda. I used to own 2 Honda Civics and I loved them. We decided to go take a look. Upon arrival we were greeted by Gary Sherwood. He was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. We told him our situation and what we were looking for in a car. He let us test drive the Insight and also the new 2013 Civic. He introduced us to Kurt. He said that was the best in the business and would do almost anything to make things work because helping his customers was his number one concern. He was not joking. As we looked at our options and did our test drive, Kurt was on the phone doing everything he could to help us. We never got the run around on price and we never had ask for a better deal. Kurt came up about every 15 minutes to update us on his progress with our car. It was very reassuring having Kurt tell us exactly what was happening and when. Gary and Kurt ended up buying my Chevy and getting my wife into a brand new 2013 Civic. After she got the car she wanted, Kurt thanked us and continued to help other people out the same way he helped us. Gary then took my wife to her new car and spent as much time as she needed explaining how the car worked and showing her how to work everything. Once she was comfortable he gave us his cards and said if we needed ANYTHING to call. He said he would help us at any time. He told us that if we had questions, concerns, car trouble or whatever that we could call him and he would help us out. My wife and I will travel any distance in the future to come back and work with Kurt and Gary for all our car needs. Huge recommendation to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

I found this car dealership on Edmunds.com. You don't realize the power of reviews until you read them. When I walked up to the door Pat M was there to greet me. I knew before coming in what I wanted. I had never driven a Honda before so I really didn't know what to expect. When I test drove the civic I was amazed with how well it handled and the seats were so comfortable. When we got back I was given a tour of the facillity. It's clean, accomodating and well thought out. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to enjoy my new car for a very long time. Thank you Pat M. for making my first experience with Honda a very pleasant one!

My experience at Valley Honda was one of the best...

My experience at Valley Honda was one of the best dealership experiences I have had. After visiting the Lisle in Honda dealership, and having an awful experience, I was recommended by a coworker to check out Valley, assuring me that most of the salesman are genuine and honest compared to the competitors. Working with James Kirpanos was an excellent experience. He was knowledgeable, honest, genuinely nice, and appeared to have mine and my fiance's best interest in mind with our car sale. He wasn't overtly pushy like most car salesmen are. I had emailed him for a Quote, and when I told him which CR-V I was interested in and that I would be in that night(2/4/13) to check it out and talk with him, he had the car ready and waiting for us to look at! James truly made the whole experience seamless and stress-free, which is just what a car buyer wants. I would highly recommend Valley Honda, specifically James. Valley Honda has customer service as their #1 priority, where as competitor Honda dealers nearby seem to have customer service in last place, only wanting to earn a quick buck. Although Valley is roughly 30 minutes from my house, with another Honda dealer 5 minutes away, I will for certain be back to have my services done here, as the service is outstanding and well worth the extra drive!
